Apartment holiday rentals in Carmen Beach

We spent 3 nights here and loved it. The location is great, everything is very clean and the communication was great!

The studio was nice and we enjoyed staying there. The host was very kind and responsive. We recommend this studio especially for those who are looking for a quiet accomondation in Santa Teresa. A car (4x4) is an advantage as the road up there is quite steep and can be slippery in the rain. However, it is also possible to visit the center on foot (approx 10-15 minutes walk).

Juan was very easy to communicate with . His place is very difficult to find but he send very helpful videos so we had no problem once we got close . The kitchen could use a few extra pots and a spatula. From the pictures I was under the impression it was a private pool for the apartment but it was right out front of his private residence. This was not too much of a problem though because he was very happy to have us swim anytime . There was also not a barbecue for the residence but again he was more then willing to let us use his private one .

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful rental in Santa Teresa! The apartment was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable-exactly what the listing said. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate, and the thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel like home. The location was perfect for exploring the area, yet peaceful and relaxing at night. Our host went above and beyond, providing excellent local recommendations and responding quickly to any questions. Communication was seamless from booking to checkout. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Santa and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We absolutely loved our stay at Andrew’s place. Perfect location, right in the center of the strip of Santa Teresa and a quick walk down the hill to the beach. Will be our new spot to stay at every time we’re in town.

We stayed a week and really enjoyed the place. The kindness and responsiveness of the hosts is remarkable (they are also good at giving advice for things to do/see/and food recommendations). Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Coco the puppy is a sweetheart, he was definitely the cutest thing about our stay. The pool and the place are fine.

Incredible location (3 min by ATV or car to town) very kind and responsive host, and perfect sized place for a couple to stay. We arrived to a city-wide electrical blackout (no lights, water, AC or WiFi) so that was a tough start, but the host was very sweet and helpful about everything. Of course we know they couldn't control the blackout! Thanks again - we'd definitely recommend this place!

Our stay at Ian’s was fantastic! He was responsive and even gave us a deal on ATV which is needed because his place is on a very steep hill. Place was clean, and the dipping pool was convenient when coming home after long hot days. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Santa Teresa!

Loved this airbnb and Eden was an amazing host!! The location is super ideal - central, walkable to everything, but tucked away enough that you don’t hear much noise from the street. As a solo traveler, i felt safe and secure in the airbnb, air conditioning was strong and the place was clean! Linens + beach towels provided which was nice and i could work from the airbnb with no problem. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! The only thing is that I would have liked to know that there had to be parking blocking another car, then you have to be moving the car if you have to go out, but other than that, everything was very good! Liked it and would come back. It's very safe and has everything one needs.

The place is awesome. Right beside the hotel area, a couple hundred feet to the beach, fast internet, exactly what you need to just relax and surf

Wow! What a stunning place! Outside but close to Hermosa and Santa Teresa, this beautiful place has a stunning view over the jungle and to the ocean. Beautiful pool. Rooms are spacious and very modern. Best sleep I had in Costa Rica due to the very good beds and quiet apartments. Haya is a great, proactive host, always helping and answering questions. 5 stars overall!

Ohana Villas was the perfect place to stay in Santa Teresa! The property is beautiful, it’s well maintained and clean. The pool and pool area is great! A perfect spot to cool off and relax. The owners are present on the property every day & the nicest people! They would check in on how our stay is going, if we needed anything and just to say hi. We were given clear instructions to access the property, a lengthy list of recommendations for food and some overall information. I would stay here again and recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in ST.

We absolutely loved our time at Mariposa cottage. The terrace view was amazing and we enjoyed the visitors we had while enjoying our morning coffee. Iguanas, birds, squirrels, and the sound of howler monkeys and cicadas. The cottage has tons of character and artistic flair and the outdoor shower was fantastic! Peter was a great host. Highly recommend Mariposa if you’re looking for something unique with a fabulous view of the ocean in a jungle like setting.

This was our favorite stay in Costa Rica. It was extremely comfortable, clean and we just felt right at home every time we walked in! A huge plus is that the apartment can be fully closed off, which was a nice change from our other stays in CR where places were more open to insects and such. The pool was very nice to have especially with the larger waves at the beach nearby. We highly, highly recommend it!

An excellent place, the house was beautiful, very spacious. Rolando is an excellent person, very attentive. I definitely recommend it for families and pets.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect when we didn’t want to walk to the beach. The kitchen was perfect. Thank you for everything and making our vacation perfect.

very nice and clean hotel run by nice and helpful family who live on site. very quiet and safe neighborhood (there's even a police station across the street). 8-10 minutes walk to beautiful beach

Clean basic rooms. Good A/C. One HBO channel in English. Sports Channel. Bus stop to Samara a few yards down the street. Basic mini kitchenette to cook what ever you want and full size fridge. They say no hot water but found showering later in the day you had hot water from heat on the water pipes. Felt like family with the great hosts of Nataly and her family and pups. Would definitely stay here again. Very good value for the money paid.
