Our Casa Léon is a beautiful property with 3 houses on a little hill, right in the heart of Santa Teresa. After 3 years of travelling this was the best place I´ve found in the world. It´s a perfect place to work, relax, to surf & do yoga. Super fast fiber optic internet. Super close to town, but also up enough to not be bothered by it`s dust and noise. Only a 3 min. walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. Only 5 walking to the famous surf beach Playa Carmen.

Absolutely stunning villa experience. My stay was incredible, the house is a quick walk to the beach with great stores/restaurants nearby while still offering plenty of privacy and comfort. Lot's of great dining options nearby and easily walkable to the center of town. I had an amazing time and the hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool, hammock, sunlight, and outdoor shower was an awesome added touch. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to enjoy their time in Santa Teresa! Thank you!!

Absolutely perfect for our girls’ trip! Villa Koa was everything we hoped for and more. The house is spacious, beautifully laid out, and the beds were super comfy. The backyard and views were absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing and catching up. Just a heads-up: the villa is nestled in the mountains/jungle, so bugs are part of the experience—but nothing unexpected for the setting and totally manageable. You’ll definitely need a 4x4 with high clearance (we had a Suzuki Jimny and it handled the road great). The house is not walkable to town or restaurants, so having a car is a must. Special shoutout to Sophie, the concierge—she was amazing! She gave us fantastic local recommendations and helped plan some great outings. We had a brief issue with the hot water, but concierge responded immediately and maintenance got it sorted right away. Already planning our return next year—can’t wait!

We came for the view from the pool and were not disappointed. As others mentioned, you must have a 4x4 and I’d recommend grocery shopping first - you won’t want to leave once you get there and there’s no food or service close buy.

We had an amazing time at the Ocean View Villa. Adriana and the staff that take care of the property were so friendly and hospitable. We visited during rainy season, and they were so quick to pull the lounge chair cushions under cover to prevent them from getting soaked. We felt very safe and comfortable the entire stay. They gave us helpful tips before and during our stay. The house and views were so good. The local area was fun to explore. We are so grateful to have had a chance to stay here and would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a fantastic stay in Costa Rica!
