Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Carlsbad

We really enjoyed getting out of the city this weekend. Susan’s place is tucked away and peaceful, and it was beautiful! We loved lounging by the pool and hearing all the birds, seeing her horses, and hearing the frogs and crickets at night. Definitely a good place to unwind if you are looking for a place to relax. Susan was really quick to respond to issues and was very proactive. Good place for a couple - just a note that there isn’t a complete closure to the bathroom, but that didn’t bother us at all.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Both James and Jhen were incredibly responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The location was convenient, and all the little touches made it feel like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Diego. We had an exceptional experience! We felt right at home and had everything we needed. The garden was beautiful and we had such a peaceful stay. We were in town for a wedding at the Grand Tradition. It is literally 3 minutes away. Perfect location if you're in town for a wedding!

I stayed here with my husband in December. Super cute place! Has kind of a mid-century feel to it and was very cozy It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to most of the shops and restaurants and South Park. Only about a 10 minute walk to Kindred and Buona Forchetta Neighborhood is nice and quiet, and there was plenty of street parking while we were there (which can be challenging in South Park so we were stoked) Bed was comfortable and they had extra blankets that we used since it was cold. We also used the electric charger for our EV, which was an awesome perk Overall, this Airbnb is cute and in a great location. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Jay & Judy were amazing hosts! Their apartment space was so cozy and perfect for our family. Our kids and dog loved having the fully-fenced backyard to run around in. Jay & Judy also went above and beyond, providing such a welcoming atmosphere for us. There were pastries for us to enjoy, as well as flowers and wine to help celebrate our anniversary. We would love to stay again the next time we spend the weekend in San Diego. Thanks again Jay & Judy! ❤️

Perfect location in Pacific Beach area close to a beautiful park along Mission Bay. Bikes are a great bonus and a quick ride to ocean boardwalk and restaurants. Unit has all the amenities you need including coffee, tea, spices, paper-towels, etc. . The bed was comfortable and ample space. Loved the parking on site! I will be back.

We had a great experience with this place. It had everything that we needed. Luis is very responsive and friendly. I needed a pen and he was kind enough to bring it to me. We would definitely come back. You can get to places walking distance. The price for the stay was a really good price! We are very pleased! With this Airbnb!

This place was too good to put into words! Anything you could have ever needed was right there at the house. Wonderful location and very responsive host! I had a lot of questions and he always answered quickly. I have a crawling baby- and her knees were squeaky clean after crawling around this house! If you have a crawling baby you will understand how big that is. SO clean and SO comfortable we can’t wait to go back! Some reviews complained about the noise from the road and we did not notice it at all. If you are staying at a place that is family friendly because you have kids then your kids will definitely be louder than the road noise. Do not miss out on this place!

Stayed here for the Lajolla half marathon with a bunch of girlfriends. Great location! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Easy walk to nearby restaurants and the beach. All beds super comfy and the record player was a nice touch of nostalgic fun. Would stay again with a large group to help split up the cost (not cheap) but location is prime.

Loved this spot. Great for 2 couples. Amazing outdoor space. Kitchen is FULLY stocked! Parking. Comfortable, very clean, and homey. We stayed for three nights and had everything we could need. Would 100% stay again. Beach supplies were greatly appreciated. Hot tub was a treat. Outdoor seating area was extremely comfortable. Laundry was high quality and super helpful. Didn’t have the opportunity to explore the neighbourhood much, but easy access point to the city as a whole. Great communication from the host, and very much appreciated flexibility and accommodation. Thank you Mari! Hope to be back one day.

Great place with a great view, convenient location, very minimalist in the best way. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to relax and spend time indoors while on vacation, great place to get a little creative work done.

Zina & Craig are family for people far from home! They adopted our family into their lives from the very first interaction on the app!! Snacks, tokens, the vibe was high and the accommodations were PERFECTION! Definitely coming back!! The 420 was on point and the environment so special!! WOW! I can’t say enough good things about Birdhouse and Billy & Jim as hosts. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! They were so communicative and beyond accommodating. No ask was too big for them and if they were able to make it happen they did so in a heartbeat. They let us drop off our luggage early and gave us a late check out! The Airbnb was everything from the pictures and MORE and was also in the best location!! There were snacks & waters for us and every room was decorated so cute it was amazing. It was filled with everything you could possibly need for your stay. I went with my friends for my Bach and it was perfect and spacious and so fun and the backyard was so beautiful. We went hot tubbing and it was so nice and the lights in the backyard set such a fun mood. The mural in the backyard is stunning and we took many fun pictures there. I’m running out of characters available but if you’re going to San Diego stay at the birdhouse!! Thanks Billy & Jim for the best trip!!!

Gorgeous home with a stunning, wide view of the ocean. We did not feel the need to go out much for our girls’ trip as the house felt like a destination in itself. It was stocked with everything we needed, and it was clean and comfortable (good beds and plenty of couches and seats to lounge in). Highly recommend.

Ricardo’s place was fantastic! A great spot for a couples getaway. The place felt very safe and clean. The outdoor area was a unique aspect that was very fun to use.

We had a great stay at Johnathan and Cindy's place. It felt like home for our almost two week stay. The kitchen was very well appointed with every cooking utensil you need, the bed very comfy, just everything you need. Our thoughtful hosts planned every detail, with little cute signs all over the appartment. We hope to be back, thank you for sharing your lovely place.

We stayed at the beach house for a week with extended family as our first get together in years. It was almost perfect for the 8 of us! Plenty of room, well stocked, and the location to the beach could not be beat! The garage was a little tight for an SUV and a sedan, but that was to be expected. They had a few chairs, boogie boards and toys available for use, along with beach towels so everything you need for the beach is already there. Home was clean, furniture was comfortable, and living area was nicely decorated and spacious. We did have construction happening next door the week we were there, which was less than ideal, but anytime Nancy & Kevin knew something would be affecting us they would give us a heads up. They were very communicative and quick to answer, and check out was easy with clear instructions. We will definitely stay here again next time we go to San Diego!!

Amazing home in an amazing area. Beautiful view inside and outside the home. Fair price. Appreciate the link providing information with all the nearby recommendations. Did not use it but love the easy access and information about rentals. Really appreciated the welcome gifts (coffee, wine etc.)

The place was gorgeous, my family and I really liked it. The host was also amazing he was very responsive and understanding throughout the whole experience. The place was cozy and had everything we needed. The only downside was the drive up so I would recommend going there in the daytime rather than the nighttime because it can be confusing but it was really nice. The neighbours were also really really friendly. I recommend this spot.

Wonderful spot! So clean and exactly like the pictures. Jacqueline was very quick to respond and provided detailed instructions. We were able to enjoy the hot tub, and the place is within walking distance to the beach and a great breakfast spot. Great stay!!

This location is fantastic! It is a half a block from the ocean and you get ocean views from the front yard and the dining room table. The town of Carlsbad is adorable with lots of restaurants. The boardwalk above the ocean goes right to the crosswalk near the Airbnb. The place itself is clean and cute, and very retro. The beds were very comfortable. Slightly short on spices, etc. if you are going to do much cooking, bring along some things.
