Apartment(2.5) on the ground floor in a house of three apartments, nice view towards the floor, Lake Maggiore and mountains. Veranda, kitchenette, 1 bedroom, toilet with shower. NO fireplace. Shared garden and laundry room. The house, despite being surrounded by woods and vineyards, is only 2’by car (15’ on foot) from the bus stop and pizzeria, Tearoom, bar. 15’by car from the center of Bellinzona. Exit the Bellinzona-sud motorway, 5’ and 25’ walk from the train station. Great for hiking and biking.

Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with a large garden for guests. The apartment is a small open space divided into a sleeping area with a double bed, a living area with a small kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. It can only accommodate two adults. 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno. Shops are a few km away.

The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 minutes' walk uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 minutes on a flat path. There is no direct car access.
