La Guardiola - Capo Perla

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

La Casa al Mare, a Cavo d'Elba

L'appartamento puo' ospitare fino a 6 persone, e' composto da open space con terrazza affacciata sul lungomare, due camere e due bagni, si trova al primo piano e ha un ingresso indipendente. Costruito circa un secolo fa come dependance del vicino "castello" e per questo chiamato "Casa al mare". La ristrutturazione e l'arredamento sono stati ultimati ad agosto 2021 e hanno puntato su piacevolezza, comodita', semplicita' d'uso, risparmio energetico e sostenibilita' ambientale

The apartment "Oliveto" represents the essence of the Tuscan arcipelago park. It is in fact surrounded by olive trees and in the gardens you can find different types of fruits. At the same time it sits on the mountain underneath the village of Capoliveri, providing beautiful views and at the same time every kind of confort needed. It in fact less than one kilometers away from the village and from the two nearby beaches "Zuccale" and "Barabarca".

IL COMUNE DI PIOMBINO HA INTRODOTTO LA TASSA DI SOGGIORNO PARI A EURO 1,50 A PERSONA PER OGNI NOTTE TRASCORSA IN CITTA'. LA TASSA VIENE RICHIESTA DAL 1 GIUGNO AL 30 SETTEMBRE. La tassa dovrà essere versata in contanti all'arrivo nell'appartamento per il totale delle notti prenotate. Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
