The apartment is 50m2 consisting of the following: bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (toilet, hand basin and shower), living area, kitchenette with oven, microwave and fridge, second toilet which also houses washing machine. There is a television in the bedroom as well as in the living area. Uncapped Wi-Fi is available in the unit. Guests will receive their own set of keys and will have the entire apartment to themselves. The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor of the building. Although the area is safe for pedestrians at day and night, the apartment is also very secure. The door has a security gate. The window is fitted with lockable security shutters. You will be welcomed in person and you can get in touch with me at any point during your stay. Please contact me if you need something fixed or would just like some local tips. The building is located in Mouille Point, an affluent and safe suburb located between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point. Explore this seaside treasure, conveniently situated within walking distance of many major attractions and popular restaurants. Given its central location, highways and major routes in and around the city are within easy access. Cape Town’s International Airport can be reached in 30 minutes. If you do not have a car: coffee shops, restaurants, Green Point Urban Park, golf course, Mouille Point’s beachfront and promenade as well as the V&A Waterfront are all within walking distance. Taxis and Uber readily service the area. Connect to the surrounding areas on the Atlantic Seaboard or central Cape Town via the convenient and popular MyCiTi Bus public service, the Mouille Point bus stop is 120m from the apartment complex. This service also provides access the pristine beaches of Camps Bay, Clifton and Hout Bay. The red hop on hop off City Sightseeing tour bus stops at the Green Point light house on the Sea Point promenade 200m from apartment.
