Holiday rentals with beach access in Cape Town City Centre

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this incredible Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need – from local snacks to fresh linens. The location was ideal – quiet and peaceful yet just a short walk from amazing restaurants, shops, and attractions. We especially loved watching the sunset each evening over the ocean. Our host was communicative, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful experience. Every little detail – from the ambient lighting to the cozy bedding – showed how much care and love went into the home.

Nick & Tanya’s place was just as described and so much more. Their place is beautiful, an oasis in the beautiful CPT, it has all the amenities you would need whether you want to stay in or have a day out. The views are breathtaking, it’s probably one of the highlights of the place. Nick and Tanya are probably one of the best host experiences I have had on Airbnb, they were understanding and flexible. We really had a great time, I definitely recommend this place.

Gerhard was an amazing host. Gave us a tour of the apartment block as well as the apartment on arrival. One of the best, most modern and elegant apartments we have stayed in. It's always great when a host stresses the small stuff for example milk & water in the fridge, bean coffee machine with supplies, aircon. Beautiful view to top it off! Can highly recommend if you are looking for a luxurious home away from home. Thanks for a great stay!

This home has absolutely stunning views. The sunrises from the space were unparalleled. The space is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Aissa, the host, was an absolute pleasure. She is extremely responsive and flexible. I had an incident where I left my phone in an Uber. Aissa assisted me for hours (well into the next morning) until my phone was recovered. She lives in the property next door which was convenient as she is able to attend to any issues you may have. The view from the bedroom is stunning. I am not a morning person but let me tell you- I intentionally woke up early every morning to catch that sunrise. Beautiful space and absolutely lovely host. We loved our stay at Julie’s apartment. Located in sea point we could enjoy good restaurants, groceries and Pilates studios in walking distance. Julie gave a throughout introduction and tipps. She was very helpful and responsive in case we had any questions. Can only recommend her apartment to stay in!

Great apartment, new building, 24-hour concierge, gentle staff. Everything in the apartment worked well, even had a spare pile for the remote control. Table Mountain view of the bedroom and the side of the balcony. Great parking if you are by car. we love the stay.

Susan’s place is even better than imagined. It has a unique view of Clifton’s bay, very safe and private with 24/7 security. The decor is very charming and you feel right at home. Everything was clean, smelled great, bed and linen were comfortable. The kitchen has a lot of amenities and perfect to cook. Susan’s daughter Inge is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place and will likely be coming again. Thank you for hosting us.

Hout bay was wonderful and the house had lovely beds and plenty of kitchen dishes as well as towels for the beach and even some sand toys. The place was cleaned meticulously and was relatively easy to access. They had a booklet of local recommendations that was helpful if a little overstuffed. The first two pages worked great. The washer and drier left something to be desired - the drier door wouldn’t stay shut and was finicky about turning on. The house could have used a few little touches like some laundry detergent, but Abigail was helpful.

It was a very pleasant stay and we had a very good time. I will definitely recommend to anyone planning to stay in Green Point.

The pictures do not lie, The Brickhouse is amazing! Nestled on a hill with fantastic views of Hout Bay. We had a beautiful 10 days there and I cannot wait to go back. Our host Mark was so friendly and accommodating . Thank you again Mark!!

A hidden gem! Amazing views out to the ocean and easy access to the beach. We loved our stay and will book again. Not an issue for us but there are lots of steps from the road down to the property which might be trouble if you are less mobile.

Amazing house in a very quiet area of Noordhoek. Everything is as described and even better. Lots of attention to details like qualitative beds, linen, toiletries and a super equipped kitchen. We had a fantastic stay at Oliver's place. The house is very spacious, very well equipped and extremely pleasant inside and outside. The location is great, the view is awesome, it gives a feeling of remoteness though very well connected to everything. Perfect to work, to relax or to go hiking around. Oliver was always reachable and helpful. We loved the place and will definitely come back.

I had an amazing stay and would definitely love to stay there again when in Cape Town. Place is very clean, quiet and full of daylight, with a beautiful sideview to an ocean. Location is perfect - 10 min uber drive away from VA Waterfront and Camps Bay beach.

Fantastic views. Comfortable bedrooms and great ablutions. Close to many restaurants and for sports mad world class promenade to run awesome swimming pool to train and great cycling routes. Happy space for the fat triathletes and people who love sea sunsets

This penthouse is a gem in Cape Town. I cannot imagine there is anything like it. The penthouse was a perfect location for walking to cafes/restaurants in Seapoint and all the sites of V&A Waterfront. For the activities that take you elsewhere, the Ubers are quick and inexpensive. This penthouse is, also, great for the times during your holiday when you want to relax. The balcony and enclosed glass sitting room is perfect for reading a book and taking a nap. I will definitely stay here again!

Chantelle is an amazing host. Very welcoming, great recommendations for local things to do, and really reassured me that I could contact her for anything during my stay if I'd needed. As for the apartment, it was perfect for my stay. I was travelling this part of my trip solo, so it was important for me to feel safe which I totally did. It's walkable to V&A and really convenient for driving further afield too. Good walkable restaurants in the same road too. There is easy parking but it isn't secure (which I've had everywhere else I went), but it's a safe neighbourhood so there was no issues (even with my white polo!), and the complex itself is very secure which is much more important. Would definitely stay again if in the area, which I hope to be one day.... Thanks Chantelle!
