Es war super schön bei Luca. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich! Alles sehr sauber! Das Frühstück wurde mit Liebe zubereitet . Für uns war die Lage allerdings nicht der ideale Ausgangspunkt für unsere Aktivitäten , weil wir auch gerne ans Meer zum baden gehen. Wir waren trotzdem rundherum sehr zufrieden ! Very suitable for our group of 5 , each room with a bathroom . Breakfast included was great. Fridge always stocked with water/beer/ fruit etc. Tea/coffee always available, Nice clean kitchen.

Die Kommunikation mit Angela war immer reibungslos und freundlich. Wir haben flexibel einchecken können und Angela hat zügig reagiert. Auch auf Sonderwünsche ist sie umgehend eingegangen. Das B&B liegt etwas außerhalb von Pisa, ist aber über einen längeren Spaziergang, per Bus oder sonstiges Verkehrsmittel schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

위치가 센터하고 좀 떨어져 있어서 즐길거리는 없지만 그럼에도 불구하고 고 저택의 색다른 점을 느낄 수 있는 이색적인 숙소 였어요~~ 이탈리아 15일 여행중 가장 이색적인 숙소고 기억에 남을거 같습니다~! 그리고 조식도 적당한 빵과 적당한 과일 그리고 맛있는 커피까지. 렌트 하시는 분들은 추천입니다

What a fantastic b&b right outside the walls of San Gimignano. Francesca was an excellent host throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome from the start with great food and conversation. Her garden is the perfect oasis to sit with a wine and gaze at the countryside and the medieval town above. The space was so private and quiet but yet just a short walk from San Gim for an aperitivo and dinner after the crowds had left for the day. I would highly recommend some local adventuring on an e-bike with PF Bike just up the hill while staying at the b&b. Enjoy your stay!

A Dream Wedding at Il Grande Prato - Beyond Perfection Our wedding at Il Grande Prato was magical. From the moment we arrived with our guests, we felt the warmth and hospitality. Every detail, from the stunning landscape to the charming accommodations, was perfect. Giulia, Taisia, and the staff went above and beyond to make our wedding flawless. They handled everything! From transportation to and from the train station, to wedding décor and preparing the most delicious meals! No request was too big or too small. Their hospitality extended beyond the wedding, ensuring all our guests were comfortable and happy throughout the stay. Il Grande Prato is more than just a venue – it’s a place where dreams come true, thanks to the incredible people there. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting. È stato per me il soggiorno più bello di sempre. Sono stata 3 giorni e 2 notti per motivi di lavoro, ma il paesaggio, il letto comodo, l'arredamento e soprattutto la Attenzione che ha Marco verso i suoi ospiti mi hanno fatta sentire a casa. Dal primo momento è sempre stato disponibile e subito reattivo al rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Tutto molto alla portata di mano e la posizione direi perfetta, se si vuole anche passare un weekend fuori città. Lo consiglio vivamente ci tornerò sicuramente! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed for a few nights at the Napoleon Suite at Borgo Studiati - only positive experiences. The house is beautiful, rich with history, and it shows - be it art collection, books, or furniture. Rooms are as in pictures - beautiful, historic, and clean. Towels and sheets were spotless, and daily housekeeping was provided. The garden that surrounds the villa is meticulously maintained, with majestic historic trees providing shade, and plenty of options for seating or lounging. The pool is a great option as well. Gym, badminton court, or table tennis provide options for some recreational activities. I especially commend the poolside drinks service (ordered via messaging app). The breakfast was absolutely lovely, and exceeded expectations in terms of variety and quality. Special compliments to the Host for making us feel very welcome indeed, and the kind and friendly treatment. And the very same is true for the villa’s other staff. Absolutely recommended!

Herzliche Gastgeber. Wir fühlten uns super wohl und auch unser Hund war überall herzlich willkommen. Das Haus ist super schön und toll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sauber, hatte ganz tolle Möbel und ein gemütliches Bett. Eine Klimaanlage und ein Ventilator gab es ebenfalls. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße. Mit geschlossenem Fenstern und Klimaanlage ist hier aber nichts von zu merken. Das Frühstück war super lecker. (Überwiegend süß) Kaffee mit warmer Milch gab es auch. Wurst kam aus eigener Fleischerei. (Ein Haus weiter) Großer Garten vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Chianti-Region, sowie zu wunderschönen Bergdörfern wie San Gimignano und Volterra. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation war immer schnell, super nett und sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Greta was a very friendly and warm host. The room offered everything we were looking for. But the most important thing was the service provided by Greta and her family. Even when a problem arose that wasn't their fault, they went above and beyond to make our experience flawless. And they certainly succeeded. It was by far our best Airbnb experience to date. If you're looking for a peaceful, comfortable place with excellent service in this area, this B&B is definitely for you. Greta, thank you and your family so much.

La camera del b&b di Matilde era davvero stupenda e caratteristica della zona. Molto pulita e ben organizzata. Ottimo punto di appoggio per ammirare la bellezza delle colline toscane. Consiglio a tutti gli ospiti!!

This was a beautiful location and right in the heat of this tiny town. One of the museums is literally outside your door. Breakfast was amazing! I’d definitely recommend these accommodations!

We had wonderful stay and are planning to come back! The B&B is clean and comfortable and in a perfect location for exploring the center of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, surrounding trails through the beautiful woods and the Fortezza! Silvia was very kind and helpful with suggesting things to do and places to eat. Highly recommend.

La atención de Lorenzo y Claudia fue excelente, de 11 sobre 10. El lugar es un paraíso en la tierra y la mansión (que no casa) sobrepasó todas nuestras expectativas. Las indicaciones para la llegada y la estancia, siempre claras y precisas. El robot cortacésped no nos dio problemas y las chicas pudieron disfrutar de la piscina en un día caluroso. Fácil acceso desde Pisa o Lucca o Florencia. Seguro que volveremos y lo utilizaremos como punto de referencia.

Unser Aufenthalt im B&B Sottomonte war einfach traumhaft. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Adam, dem Gastgeber, herzlich empfangen – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Adam war nicht nur unglaublich freundlich, sondern auch äußerst hilfsbereit: Er gab uns tolle Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und versteckten Highlights in der Umgebung, die unseren Urlaub wirklich besonders gemacht haben. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön gelegen – mitten in der toskanischen Landschaft, ruhig und idyllisch. Unser Zimmer war liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück gefallen – frisch, regional und mit Liebe zubereitet. Sottomonte ist der perfekte Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und das echte toskanische Lebensgefühl zu genießen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank, Adam, für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

Maria Livia’s place was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed in a beautiful location. Excellent value for money and Maria Livia was a wonderful host. I would happily stay there again.

Elena si è dimostrata una host impeccabile. Stanza perfetta, dotata di tutti i confort ma soprattutto di quei piccoli dettagli che nel mondo dell'accoglienza fanno la differenza. Rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto. Unico consiglio: avrete bisogno di una macchina per gli spostamenti (viene in ogni caso fornito un parcheggio privato vicinissimo all'alloggio).

La casa di Elisabetta è incantevole. Si tratta di un antico rustico garfagnino ristrutturato nel rispetto rigoroso dei materiali originali e arredato con grandissimo gusto. In posizione panoramica a circa 2 km dal paesino, la vista è stupenda. Elisabetta è stata una host perfetta, attenta ad ogni dettaglio, super disponibile, premurosa. Soggiorno consigliatissimo !!!!
