House holiday rentals in Cap d'Antibes

J’ai réservé pour faire un anniversaire surprise en amoureux pour mon copain. La maison est magnifique et bien entretenue, très bien équipée , la literie est parfaite, nous avons eu beau temps donc nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. La vue est à couper le souffle dans toute les parties de la maison. Petit souci de portail du a la coupure de courant quelques jours avant mais Alexandra a été très réactive et a su rectifier le petit bémol. C’est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons passer quelques jours dans cette superbe maison dès que nous en avons l’occasion

Unser Aufenthalt bei Carina war perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und das Loft ist super ausgestattet! Carine hat bei der Ausstattung so gut wie an alles gedacht. Die Außenanlage und der Pool waren auch super. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub :)

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette magnifique villa avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. La villa était d'une propreté irréprochable et très confortable. Elle était également idéalement située, à proximité du centre-ville, avec un accès facile. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre expérience ici et espérons pouvoir la renouveler à l'avenir. Un grand merci à Charles et Anane pour leur accueil chaleureux !

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 11. The villa was lovely, exactly how it looks in the images. We stayed local for the first night and walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The villa was also a great base to explore other areas, we got taxis to both Nice and Cannes. Jesper was also super helpful and had great communication. We would definitely recommend this villa :)

First of all, I want to highlight the hosts — they are absolutely wonderful people! So kind, welcoming, and always responsive. Thank you for always being available and helpful throughout our stay :) The villa itself is amazing and truly worth the price. It’s in a perfect location, very comfortable, and has everything you need. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back again!

Superbe maison ancienne rénovée avec goût et élégamment décorée avec matériaux exceptionnels. La literie est excellente et très confortable, les équipements de qualité tout à fait supérieure. La vue est époustouflante. La piscine est un peu petite pour faire des longueurs, mais toutefois très agréable. L’accueil était parfait et très arrangeant. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve et sommes partis requinqués et inspirés.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis à l’occasion du Grand Prix de Monaco. Le logement était top : propre, bien équipé (tout est nickel côté équipements), très pratique et idéalement situé avec un accès facile au village à pied. L’extérieur est également très mignon, parfait pour profiter des beaux jours. Un grand merci à notre hôte, très réactif et arrangeant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The property is spacious, peaceful, and truly relaxing, a perfect getaway that still feels like home away from home. It’s also in a great location, very close to everything you might need: a supermarket, flower shop, a lovely bakery, and more. A huge thank you to Jonas, our amazing host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. And a very special mention to Arlene, the villa’s charming and attentive caretaker. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always ready to assist with a warm smile. My kids and I had a great unforgettable stay! We will definitely come back!!

We loved our stay - Svetlana was a warm and helpful host who even picked us up from the train due to an unwieldy bag. She left us with wine and snacks, which eased us right into this waterfront location. The home is hundreds of years old and has some quirks (start doing stairs NOW!), but the views can’t be beat and the beds are SO comfortable. The living room is very nicely done, as is the kitchen. The master bedroom is very cozy, with a chaise to recline on and watch the super yachts go by. Great restaurants within a few minutes’ walk, the Marché in 3 minutes away…it’s a magical location. We hope to return not just to Antibes, but to this home.

This is a beautiful little house on a gated complex within a few minutes walk to local shops and bars and about 7/8 minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach. Parts of the beach you have to pay to use but there is a large area which is free but with good toilets and showers free to use. There is a lovely communal pool on the site which, when we visited in early June, was always very quiet and usually we were the only people there. Lovely little garden, really well looked after. The house itself has everything you could possibly need including beach towels, beach mats, parasol. Maike communicated promptly and efficiently and was lovely when we met her. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable location for this immensely picturesque home. Very close to centre of Antibes, yet quiet and secluded.

Excellent property with enough size that everyone has privacy but also amazing gathering spaces. We loved the pool and sauna. We loved that every room has an ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is private, very secure, and clean. The host is very communicative. I would definitely rent from her again. A place of magic, surely.

Julie’s place was beautiful! Such stunning views and very spacious. I would definitely love to come back again. Julie was super helpful in making my friend’s birthday special and helping with restaurant bookings and recommendations. Perfect host thank you!

Nice, Eze, Menton bölgesine 4-5 günlük bir seyahat planı yapmıştık. Bu lokasyonu da özellikle otopark imkanı ve seyahat etmeye planladığımız her lokasyona ortalama bir mesafede olduğu için tercih etmiştik. Laurent, oldukça kibar, ilgili ve her sorunuza oldukça hızlı yanıt veren bir ev sahibi. Ev oldukça temiz ve eşyalar konakladığımız süre boyunca konforumuzu sağlayacak nitelikteydi. Sadece çift kişilik yatağın belki ilerleyen dönemde biraz daha iyileştirilmesinde fayda olabilir. Evin verandasındaki kuş seslerine ve özellikle akşamları sessizliğe hayran kaldık. Kahve makinasındaki kartuşlar için yedek kartuş almıştık, ancak sanırım yanlış bir makineye göre almışız :( Sonrasında çıkış yaptığımız için tekrar değiştirme fırsatımız olmadı. Laurent harika bir evsahibi ve ev de harika bir misafirlik deneyimi sunuyor. Bu bölgeye bir sonraki ziyaretlerimizde yeniden konaklamayı kesinlikle isteyeceğimiz bir yer.

The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

La villa è molto bella ed è situata in un'ottima posizione. La casa è molto ben dotata di tutto quello che serve e la piscina e l'idromassaggio con vista sono due notevoli plus, Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana aiutati anche dal tempo che è stato veramente molto bello. Consiglio assolutamente la villa senza riserve!

Wir waren zu dritt Anfang Mai 2025 bei Celine und Julien im Haus. Beide sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, Anfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür an beide. Das Haus liegt perfekt für Besuche in den umliegenden Dörfern und Städten (Antibes, Cannes, Nizza, etc.) sowie zum Start von ausgedehnten Wanderungen. Der Pool bietet eine sehr schöne und gerne genutzte Möglichkeit zur Erfrischung danach. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, die Küche riesig und läd zum Kochen mit Freunden ein. We had a wonderful experience. The house was beautifully maintained and equipped with great amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The host was exceptional—responsive and a great communicator, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant visit. The only downside was the location; we had to drive everywhere to reach local attractions, dining options, and grocery stores, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped stay, as long as you're okay with driving to get around.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse, auf der wir täglich frühstückten und den Abend ausklingen ließen, mit Blick aufs Meer und auf vorbeigehende Flaneure, von weit oben im geschützten Freiraum.

We loved staying at Christian’s place. Valerie was very kind and helpful with the check-in and check-out process. Christian’s place is wonderful. The beds are very comfortable, it’s perfectly catered for and the outdoor space is amazing. We would love to come back. Many thanks for having us.

Wonderful hosts, very attentive to the smallest requests. My baby was 5 months old and they provided him with a high chair and a bath. And all the trains were to become famous among the commanders of the festival. The bus from the east will take you in 2 minutes from the house that belongs to you. The daily trains to the film festival are wonderful. I hope to return again
