If you want a wonderful house in Sardenia - This it is! We enjoyed every Moment in this house.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a curious but discreet land hedgehog visited us. Very fresh house inside, a pleasant surprise for the summer that is beginning. Unexpected comfort in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious post-dinner chores. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a spacious and bright dining room. And surprise... free wifi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

Beautiful location on the hills behind the Costa Rossa. Our son loved playing in the garden, and dinner on the shady terrace at sunset was a treat. Birdsong, otherwise hardly any sounds. Great beaches in the vicinity. Martina was very welcoming. With Google Translate, the translation into German was also done. We highly recommend the place.

The room had all the amenities mentioned in the ad. They let us out an hour later than requested! It was the space we needed!

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

Dario's home is amazing and he's a fantastic host. The space was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. And Dario even helped us with recommendations and reservations. The pool is wonderful and heating it is worth the the extra fees. We hope to return to beautiful Sardinia and stay in this remote and very special place again some day.

++ Very helpful host, very quick to respond ++ had forgotten something in the apartment, within a few minutes the return action was initiated by the host +/- No Wi-Fi in the house, curse and blessings at the same time (must be aware of it) + beautiful apartment, well furnished (with washing machine/coffee maker...) ++ top view of the sea, very relaxing + beautiful large pool ++ Very well maintained area and quiet + nearby villages can be reached quickly + large terrace with table/chairs - No direct access to the beach (car necessary) - certain installations (shower doors, connecting door to the terrace, lamps are very hot > recommended LED, ringing) need a refresh - Ceiling height on the upper floor/staircase partly deep, hit several times your head (1m85)

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. An incredibly beautiful jewel just outside. The decor was tasteful and of high quality. Ghislaine is a very warm and accommodating hostess. Despite the language barrier, we were able to coordinate well via the translation app. The outdoor area, the garden and the pool are fantastically beautiful. Ghislaine's small attentions complete the picture perfectly. We will be happy to come back!

An authentic holiday stay in a relaxed and comfortable place. A very responsive and welcoming host Martina and her delightful parents who met us , waved us off , and cleaned the pool . The pool and outdoors was priceless in terms of enjoyment. Surrounded by beautiful views and nature.. pure joy!!! The local beach is in walking distance but obviously a car is required to explore. Overall a perfect holiday experience if you’re looking for a quiet and memorable stay Thank you again Martina for sharing your place with us in a special way.

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. We had a wonderful two-week stay at Annagiulia’s apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It’s very well equipped — from dish soap and detergent to coffee capsules, playing cards, chess, and a great book collection. We were greeted with delicious Sardinian sweets, and check-in/out was seamless, thanks to the detailed instructions.
Annagiulia was a fantastic host — helpful, responsive, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Halfway through our stay, the apartment was cleaned and we received fresh sheets and towels, which was a lovely touch.
The location is perfect: a short drive to stunning beaches, shops, and great restaurants. There’s even a nice pool just steps away. One of our favorite features was the terrace — with breathtaking views. We spent many peaceful days relaxing in the garden.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

We spent a week in Porto Rotondo and choosing this area was a really good idea. The place is wonderful, close to the supermarket, the port and nice restaurants. The beach can also be reached on foot. The apartment was tidy, very clean. Federica has always been very kind! She helped us find an excursion to La Maddalena and was always available with everything. We will definitely be back next year!

Super nice quiet place in the middle of nature. The house is great, very clean and nicely furnished. It matched the photos and description. We had a great time and would come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Stazzi, the cottage was lovely and we had a great time and space outside to sit and relax. Inside had all you needed. Peaceful, secure and beautiful landscape and sights. We spend a few days and traveled around different cities and the coast line. If you want peace, relaxing surroundings and private. Just like we like it. Recommended for people who enjoy outside life but also the bustling and lively cities and coastline, which can be reached very easily by car. Thank you for having us!

Quiet and pleasant cottage, in the heart of nature. The garden around is perfectly set up to make the most of the magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and unforgettable sunsets. The interior is simple but had everything you needed to live and cook for several days. The bathroom is a little far from the cottage but very accessible and with a well-lit path at night. We spent dreamy days in this magical place, thank you for your warm welcome!

Great location and friendly host!

The unit is the bottom floor of the hosts home, and was very private. We arrived late, but Fernando was there to greet us, give us a tour of the unit, provided some snacks/candy, and had even made a reservation for us at a nearby restaurant for dinner. Throughout the stay he provided many recommendations on things to do in the area, which we used to plan out our activities. The unit itself had enough space for the 2 of us, and was equipped with all you could need for a few days, including a small laundry machine, drinks, and basic toiletries. For those staying a longer period of time that may be on a budget, might be important to note there is an upcharge for late arrival, as well as using the air conditioning. Overall, enjoyed our stay and felt very welcomed by the host!

Alberto's place is perfect for a couple. The view from the balcony is wonderful! Alberto is very responsive to messages and his instructions are very clear. Thanks again for the stay.
