Lovely apartment a stone's throw from the sea consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom, large living room with comfortable sofa bed, kitchen equipped with everything you need to spend dinners in total privacy under the stars, thanks to the garden that is at your total disposal. The exterior is the real plus of the house, full of relaxing corners to enjoy a good book in the fresh air Air conditioning in all rooms. Wifi, parking, linens and towels are included in the price. We just had a fantastic stay in Michelas apartment. Michela and her family already waited for us in the apartment when we arrived and it was a very warm welcome. The apartment has a fantastic view over the sea and the mountains, so you can watch the boats arriving and leaving Cannigione. It was super quiet, so you can relax perfectly. Everything was very clean and in a perfect condition. Nothing to complain! It is a quiet area and it took only 12 min to go to the harbour. From Cannigione we went in the south and the north to several beaches and villages. There is also a super good diving center just 10 min walkway.

Wonderful stay. The studio apartment had exactly what we needed and the place was good value for money for Costa Smeralda. The spot was close to beautiful beaches and a walk away from the town for meals. The host was so helpful and responsive with recommendations. Definitely recommend.

From Olbia airport, the accommodation is a 35-40 minute drive to Cannigione. Michele's instructions were clear, making it easy to find and access the listing. The location is very well located, close to the sea, and very pocket of Palau (14kms, 20 minutes drive, for visits to the islands, including La Maddalena). The apartment is spacious, and pleasantly decorated. There is a beautiful logia, which allows you to enjoy the outdoors. There is a very accurate waste sorting system to respect on site, everything is available so as not to be mistaken. Michele was very responsive in communications and helped us immensely with an issue encountered when we checked out. I would recommend this home 200%!
