Family-friendly holiday rentals in Cannigione

Fantastic stay. beautiful view and lovely town with great beaches nearby. loved seeing the wild boars!! hot tub was fantastic also.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Lucia was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house had amazing view of the water and we could easily walk down to a beach. There was plenty of lovely beaches, villages and restaurants within 10-20 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely decorated and had blackout shades. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect! We had a great stay and Lucia was so kind and friendly!

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect for us and the views are outstanding. As it was earlier in the season, the pool and the hot tub were not available but that did not concern us. Communication with Lorenzo and his team was really good and his colleague David cheerfully waited for us even though our flight was 2 hours later than expected and it was 9pm. This villa is not near amenities (shops, restaurants etc) so a car is definitely needed. There are also steps up to the villa and inside it, that may be difficult for people with limited mobility. Overall it was a lovely week for us.

Really beautiful stay, spacious and clean

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Porto Rotondo! The pool was such a hit with our daughter that it was difficult to pull her away from it so that we could go venture out to some of the stunning nearby beaches! Beautiful property with tons of private, quiet outdoor space. Gorgeous sunsets. Awesome being so close to the Seawall which is a nice walk and leads to many restaurants. Grocery stores nearby as well. Was great to have en suites for all bedrooms. Comfortable space for our family which was four adults and two young children. Thank you Alessandro!

The host was super helpful throughout the stay giving advice on what to visit and how to get around. The house is very nice and well-kept and with everything you need for your vacation. The town is not on the sea but you can easily reach it with a 10-minute drive, it is also in a location that makes it easy to visit different cities by moving a little. In general, highly recommended as accommodation if you want to take a vacation in these areas

We rented the apartment mainly because of the jacuzzi and the view. We weren't disappointed here! It was just a dream to start and end the day in this one. The temperature of the hot tub in April at 20*C air temperature for us was absolutely fine and not too cold for us and the 37*C of the hot tub was kept for several hours. Absolutely positive to mention is the friendly proactive nature of Christian, which definitely makes him a Superhost. His tips on which beaches and restaurants we should visit made this holiday unforgettable, as we were able to visit the breathtaking highlights of the area in a short time! Thanks Christian! We had a wonderful summer vacation in Arzachena. The house is cozy, clean and well-kept, ideal for both a couple and a family. Surrounded by greenery and far from the noise of cars. The location is excellent for those who want to explore the beaches of the Costa Smeralda: in 20-30 minutes by car you can easily reach some of the most beautiful beaches in the area, such as Liscia Ruja, Capriccioli, Spiaggia del Principe and many others. The stay was really relaxing, thanks also to the serene atmosphere of the area and the comfort of the apartment, which was already equipped with everything you need upon arrival. Fantastic Paolo and Eleonora, always super helpful. An experience that we highly recommend to those looking for a holiday between crystal clear sea, nature and comfort. In addition, those looking for nightlife can find it in nearby Porto Cervo. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful place in an amazing location! Elisabetta was very clear on getting to the place, and so helpful and responsive during the stay. Even gave me golf tips for our outing at Pevero!

The Host Elena, Bruno and Ali are wonderful people. The Accommodation is clean and well maintained. Wild Peacocks and Turtles live in the garden. It’s an oasis of calmness and peace with a nice large pool perfectly fitted into the natural environment. Overall it’s a very warm and familiar experience and located well in regards of short ways to the airport, calm beaches, nice restaurants and shopping facilities. A very special moment was when our hosts showed up in the morning on our terrace to sing a birthday song for our 2 little daughters. What a nice and lovely gesture. For sure we will come back.

Francesco was absolutely precise in the apartment description and how to reach it. Everything matched and therefore we were comfortable and at ease. Poltu Quatu is a perfect base for reaching the entire Costa Smeralda in a few kilometers. We highly recommend it.

An amazing place for an unforgettable vacation. It met all my expectations. The house is beautifully located, surrounded by a beautiful olive grove, and everyday cicadas concerts add even more charm. Perfect for people looking for a break away from the hustle and bustle of the city - yet close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Comfortable and well equipped house, terrace and pool. A dream place where you'll be welcomed by the charming and warm Paolo. And you can only regret that the vacation has passed so quickly…

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

This house is great. The view is amazing and, as an end unit in a complex, it feels very expansive. The pool is lovely and needed for those hot afternoons. All the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The rental staff is very helpful and attentive should any problems occur. We really enjoyed our time here!

Super nice view from the terrace. Kitchen was well equipped. Parking nearby. Quiet environment, except for a disco in the far distance. Supermarket can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Beautiful beaches in 3 min. by car. Accommodation ideal for 2 persons.

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a curious but discreet land hedgehog visited us. Very fresh house inside, a pleasant surprise for the summer that is beginning. Unexpected comfort in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious post-dinner chores. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a spacious and bright dining room. And surprise... free wifi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay in Sardinia in an absolutely superb house nestled in a pretty flowery residence. Fully equipped and decorated with originality and taste by the owner's father, who was a famous artist in the region. Quality bedding in the 3 bedrooms Beautiful view of the sea and the pool from the terrace. A huge thank you to the owners, who were remarkably kind and available. Welcoming, attentive and always ready to share their good addresses or to help, they largely contributed to making our stay unforgettable. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a very relaxing week at this beautiful place in Costa Smeralda. The apartment is in private resort complex few hundred yards from the sea, nice quiet beach, large pool, and few nice bars and restaurants. Apartment itself is.most comfortable for 4 adults, but can accomodate 5 if big space is not your requirement. Beautiful sea view from the garden like front porch where we ate dinners. Large back yard, full of flowers blooming in early June. Two full bathrooms (one outdoor shower), grill, outdoor kitchen in the backyard will make yout stay even more enjoyable. Host is very proactive and wants to make your stay perfect. If we go to Sardinia again, we'll definitely stay here again.
