House holiday rentals in Cannes

Our stay was fantastic! Aurelie was responsive and proactive! It has been a real treat!

We (6 adults, 3 couples) visited Didier's house Thursday-Sunday late August and enjoyed his lovely house. We can greatly recommend this villa for those that wish to visit Cannes and also appreciate a spacious and secluded living, with all the amenities needed (including a big and very deep pool).

High ceilings, private backyard, nice pool, and great kitchen area. 5 min walk to Juan Les Pins village. Great for families. Air con is in the bedrooms and you can leave doors open to allow for full house to be cooled. There are 4 showers and 2 toilets. Loved our stay here. The garden is beautiful.

We had a truly amazing stay at Martine's villa. Both Martine and Dalila are extremely accommodating, very friendly and welcoming. They were very responsive and flexible in catering for our needs and really looked after us. The villa is breath-taking and the kids especially loved the pool. We hired a car but Mougin has enough very walkable amenities too-such as boulangerie, tobac, pizza takeaway and restaurants 5/10 mins walk away. Old Mougin village is small and very picturesque (15 min walk), where we enjoyed looking at art and playing boules. (You can borrow boules from the tourist information office). We also enjoyed day trips in the region such as to Cannes, Nice, Saint paul de Vence and Grasse. This is a beautiful region and a beautiful house in which to relax and enjoy your holiday. We would really love to return and stay at Martine's villa again.

Wir waren zu dritt Anfang Mai 2025 bei Celine und Julien im Haus. Beide sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, Anfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür an beide. Das Haus liegt perfekt für Besuche in den umliegenden Dörfern und Städten (Antibes, Cannes, Nizza, etc.) sowie zum Start von ausgedehnten Wanderungen. Der Pool bietet eine sehr schöne und gerne genutzte Möglichkeit zur Erfrischung danach. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, die Küche riesig und läd zum Kochen mit Freunden ein. We had such a beautiful stay in this quiet and truly remarkable home. Our children loved the pool and all of the games provided and we loved cooking in the stunning kitchen with all the fresh local produce from nearby markets. It was such a lovely spot for a relaxing vacation close to many bustling towns like Cannes and Antibes but on a tranquil hillside. The hosts were very responsive and attentive. Would definitely come back!

A casa é muito confortável, a única ressalva é a questão dos banheiros que não fica nada conveniente quando se está em mais pessoas. Na parte térrea tem apenas um lavabo para dividir para os três quartos e a questão de ter apenas a banheira sem chuveiro acaba sendo bem ruim pois para tomar banho precisa ficar sentado na banheira e o chuveirinho disponível sai poucos centímetros. Tirando essa questão, a casa é excelente! Estava bem limpa, cozinha muito organizada e com muitos itens disponíveis. A área da piscina é muito agradável também. Ótimo custo benefício!

Amazing place and even more beautiful in real than the pictures. Very private and clean Villa which provides room to spend time together but also get some quiet alone time. It has everything you need to feel at home right away. We'll be back for sure.

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

The absolute best spot in all of old town Antibes! Was perfect for my family of 4. My older boy slept in the lower floor leaving my younger son with an entire room to himself! We each had our own bathroom too! Very clean, beautiful ocean view, and excellent location to all the restaurants and market! Would definitely stay again if back in Antibes! Thank you Ivan!

Lovely villa, very well stocked with everything we needed and convenient for buses, bakeries, supermarket etc... it was helpful to have the flexible check in/out as we had flights at awkward times. Thank you

It’s rare that somewhere that looks amazing lives up to the hype! Maison Regina does! Big time! From being met at our cab there ( you’ll be walking in if it’s after 1pm as pedestrianised) by the managing agent Alice, and given the lowdown on how everything worked, to the utter fabulousness of our home for the next 2 weeks. The house was larger than we expected, those town houses look teeny from outside, to the appointments-strong hot showers, tv that’s a moving picture gallery, nespresso machine so good I’ve just bought the same model for my home, to the aircon that I’m not normally a fan of but a bonus in hot weather. The roof terrace is the star! We had meals there looking out to sea at the moored superyachts and sailing regattas from morn to dusk, counted the EasyJet planes coming in every few minutes ( not a disruptive noise) and gave names to the friendly local seagulls. Magic! And 200 restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk.

This was absolutely my favorite airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The home and garden and so much more beautiful in person. The photos do not do it justice. It’s a stunning home surrounded by lush greens and flowers. The interior is impeccable. Phillipe greeted us with fresh fruits, and a stocked refrigerator. He even had bug spray for the pesky mosquitoes. I can’t recommend Ann’s place enough. The location is beautiful and we took day trips to Saint Tropez, Eze, and some other beautiful spots. A must!

Fantastic hosts. We stayed with two young children and our parents. The garden is absolutely beautiful and you are so secluded. Very convenient location whether you’re looking to go to the public beach or Cap d’Antibes beach hotel. 10-15 min walk to main part of town with lots of restaurants. For us the location is ideal as we were able to walk majority of places we wanted to go. I also can’t thank Nicolas enough for going above and beyond when we left our passports behind! We made it on our flight back home!

Outstanding stay!! The house itself was beautiful - fantastic outdoor spaces with beautiful views, great beds, great pool, and a well appointed kitchen. It is easily walkable to the charming little town nearby, with its great restaurants and shops. Perfect for a multigenerational stay. Floortje was a wonderful host, she was incredibly helpful with any questions and needs we had. She went above and beyond for us. We will absolutely stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

We (3 girlfriends) just spent 5 days in Jean-Philippe‘s house and had a great time. The house is nicely decorated with a lot of love for detail. The 3 bedrooms are each furnished and decorated individually. Kitchen and Living/Dining area are spacious. The outdoor areas are great too as there are many places to sit and of course the pool is also fantastic. Jean-Philippe was also a great host, very helpful with everything and always easy to reach. You definitely need a car as nothing is really in walking distance but supermarkets and bakeries are just a 5 min drive away. The upside is that it‘s a very quiet neighborhood. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

We had a great stay. Véronique is a wonderful host and takes care of everything. The view from the cottage and the pool is breathtaking! Exploring the region with a car is highly recommended and there are a few good spots to dine close by (driving distance). The cottage is optimal for day trips to for example Cannes or Antibes, but depending on traffic plan in some additional time. Overall we highly recommend the place.

Loved the house and the spot, so well located. Check in was smooth and everything was very well explained. The Property has so much character and we appreciated the welcome hamper. Would recommend!

Wow what a view and an amazing apartment. There was everything in the apartment you needed to cook at home, the bedroom was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The shower was just delightful, lovely hot water with an independent toilet room. The outdoor area was great for relaxing and the gardens were just beautiful. The apartment was very private and peaceful. There was a washing machine and drying rack which is always handy. Private parking on site was very secure. It was the perfect place to explore the Riveria region easily in all directions, a car is a must (Cannes is 10 minutes away). Close to the local supermarket - 3 minutes drive. There are steps up to the apartment but not difficult to get your luggage and belongings up and down. Michel is a very communicative and friendly host. Highly recommend staying here.
