Great apartment in a perfect location.Less than 10 mins from marina and restaurants right on the doorstep if need be. 5 mins from train station. Couldn't fault it.Would recommend 100%

What a great stay at Mathieu's and Sophie's apartment in Cannes! Communication was always proactive and attentive. The apartment was in a great location, being very walkable to many great restaurants, shopping and sites. The apartment was beautiful and as described, being well furnished and stocked. The back patio overlooking the sea was magnificent. We would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The listing was 100% consistent with the descriptions and photos. The location is central. Very pleasant and comfortable. There was a downside on the outside noise in the evening but otherwise everything was good

The host was so kind and helpful and gave us all the assistance we needed during our stay! The Airbnb was amazing and even exceeded our expectations. The location also couldn’t have been better. It was a few minutes walking distance to the beach, train station, shopping and restaurants. We are so happy we stayed at this Airbnb😊

Overall, we had a great stay at Remi’s place, putting aside a couple of niggles. The view is simply spectacular and the place exactly as described. Check in was delayed on Remi’s side which was slightly frustrating as we’d travelled for 9 hours and had kept him up to date on our ETA, plus a couple of occurrences of the electric tripping. That said, Remi was extremely responsive on the latter point and it didn’t detract from our holiday. Beds were comfy, the WiFi very fast and the contemporary art and furnishings were lovely, inside and out. Thanks for letting us stay at your place.

The place was beautiful, nicely updated, and had an amazing sea view. Tons of great restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the train. Super convenient and relaxing - would definitely stay again!

We had a brilliant stay , the place is a great size and well furnished, super close to everything , we would definitely come back. Only downside the AC is a bit temperamental however this did not really effect our stay

A real favorite for this rental! Our stay was just perfect. The accommodation is ideally located, just a few steps from the sea, which allows you to enjoy the beach in the morning or for a walk at sunset. The location is also ideal for discovering the city: a multitude of restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops, without the need to take the car. The apartment itself is charming with an incredible view, tastefully decorated, very clean and perfectly equipped. You feel good there from the moment you arrive, like you're at home. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen functional, and every detail seems to have been thought of to offer a pleasant and carefree stay. The host was very responsive, friendly and available throughout our stay, which really reinforced our positive impression. We will keep an excellent memory of this getaway and will return without hesitation. A place to recommend without a second thought!

Our stay at Philipes place was perfect it was in a great location with easy access to the beach and other key areas. Philipe was really responsive and helpful and was as hospitable as possible, I would definitely stay here again

Stayed for a week during Cannes Lions week. Location of the apartment is great and in close proximity to the key areas. Good communication pre and during the stay. Small hiccups were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Most importantly the aircon worked well!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. It’s near the farmer’s market and grocery store. As a former Superhost, I prefer to stay at a home with lots of reviews and experience. Our check in was very flexible and our host was very responsive when we messaged. It was a very large space which was great for entertaining other filmmakers. Awesome dishwasher and loved the washer/dryer combo. The only downside: there is only one toilet, but two showers.

What an amazing beach front apartment. Perfect for the beach with great little cafes along the shore line. Just a short bus journey into central Cannes. Beautiful location and perfect accommodation for a couple. Pascale is a very accommodating host

The check in process was very pleasant, the location of the place was good, we came by car and it took about 10 minutes to drive to town.The feeling of a big sea in front of you every morning is amazing!Jemery's mother accommodated us, the instructions were detailed and very communicative.I really recommend everyone coming to Cannes to see this property

Very pleasant stay in an apartment close to everything that is interesting in Cannes, access to the keys and the apartment were simple, and the help by message very clear. Everything was also very clean.

Almost new, bright, well-equipped, well-located. Host responsive to any issues. We really enjoyed this 3-day stay as part of a wedding.

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

Edgar's home is absolutaly amazing ! all is perfect from the communication to the house. the roof top is extraordinary. the rest is clean, high level and in the main street of Cannes ! will come back for sure !

Everything was great, the only detail was the lack of a curtain in one of the windows.

Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our girls weekend, check in was so easy and Karine was very generous to let us leave our bags once we’d checked out so we could enjoy our final day before our flight home. The location is perfect with everything on your doorstep and the apartment is gorgeous and an amazing use of space - it felt very spacious for the 6 of us. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.
