Absolutely fantastic property. Nestled privately, yet so near to SO much to do in the Asheville area. It felt like we were all to ourselves, so quiet and peaceful, beautifully kept rows of vegetable garden just made you feel like you were home away from home! It’s quaint, comfortable, and homey. The kitchen and laundry was well appointed and accommodated with supplies. I’ll have to say the crowned jewel is the screened-in front porch. The weather was cool, with a breeze, and nap time was absolutely glorious. What a wonderful place to visit, disconnect, and unplug from work for a week. It’s just what was needed. The hosts were outstanding, incredibly responsive and accommodating. We had another property to cancel on us literally the day we were traveling in. Found this place of respite and, as the saying goes, everything usually works out for the best! What a treat this place was!! Definitely one to revisit!! 5 stars all around!! Heartfelt thank you to Tara & Joel!

Sam’s place is very well kept and is an excellent choice for those with dogs and without. Clean and cheerful, it’s proof that you don’t have to lower your standards just because you’re traveling with your furry friend. I would book it for sure even if my buddy wasn’t with me, but I’d rather he was there to enjoy the lovely fenced yard and bbq grill (he’s got a thing for hamburgers.)

Conny was one of the best hosts that we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. The property was above expectation! Our son loved all of the farm animals and we felt great about letting him run around and play on the floors given the cleanliness of the home. Everything in the house was in great condition, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. My family and I will actively seek to stay here again!
