Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Canandaigua Lake

My husband and I stayed here for a winter weekend getaway and it was everything we wanted! Perfectly tucked away in the woods, but close to Hammondsport and Penn Yan! We will definitely be back in the future.

Drift away was a wonderful cottage right on the lake. Place was extremely comfortable. Beautiful views. We didn’t have the greatest weather which would have made the trip so much better, so we hope to plan a trip back soon.

Home away from home. Peaceful, safe, private, off the beaten path. Great base to travel around the Finger Lakes and Letchworth Park. Decorated like a real home and well stocked with anything that you might need. We wanted to stay. If you like being in the country, you will love this place.

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our college reunion. It was perfect for 3 couples. Easy walking distance to all activities, the lake, restaurants, bars, and downtown. Easy check-in, and simple check-out. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our stay in Penn Yan was wonderful and the home was exactly what we were expecting. It was adorable and, most importantly, clean and easy to find. It unfortunately rained for almost the entirety of our stay but the area it’s in is so beautiful and it’s the perfect place to sit outside with a cup of coffee or tea in the morning and take in the landscape. If I ever head back to the Finger Lakes, I’ll definitely check to see if this home is available!

first off.. my partner and I now refer to our recent host as “Pristine Christine”. everything was top notch. zero notes. can’t wait to return. this is a legit sanctuary. the spa amenities were super relaxing. we were really able to unplug and enjoy it all. the detailed instructions and suggestions for things to do really helped curate a unique experience for us. cannot recommend enough.. definitely book this spot if it’s available. you’ll feel like you hit a home run!

Catharine was an amazing host - very responsive and could answer any question we had during the trip! The place itself was gorgeous and even nicer than the photos! Was here for a bachelorette and the location is perfect to get to the town of Geneva and local wineries! We had a great time. The house felt very private as well. I can’t say enough good things!

We loved our stay at Jill’s place! It’s so clean, comfortable, and quiet. They are excellent hosts, obviously they have a lot of experience taking care of guests and anticipating a wide range of needs. Stocked with everything we needed for cooking at home. No artificial fragrances, smelled like nothing, just how we like it! It’s was perfect! Thanks so much!

All as described and great location to explore the area. Highly recommend Battle Street Brewery a short walk away for beer and charcuterie boards.

Julia’s place was exactly what I needed for my visit to my Alma Mater: great location, awesome coffee steps away, access to downtown super easy (where all the restaurants and bars are located). Geneva is a wonderful city and Julia’s place makes it easy to enjoy. Highly recommended without reservation.

We had a wonderful stay in an idyllic setting! The location is perfect--peaceful with gorgeous views, and only 15 minutes away from Corning where there is plenty to do for a weekend getaway. BJ was super accommodating and I loved having the opportunity to meet the goats and learn about the history of the farm. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed at Timothy‘s gorgeous Victorian home. We stayed in a different unit this time and it was just as cozy and clean as the other one. We just love the home, the wood floors, the giant windows and on and on. This is a great location, a quick walk to downtown- coffee, grocery store, restaurants, museums and more. We did have a question for Timothy the first night we arrived and he responded within minutes. He’s a very nice and caring person. We will be staying again :)

Our stay at the Cherry Loft was great for a wedding weekend. Downtown was walkable and convenient to see the area. Shelly’s instructions were precise and easily manageable.

It's a nice home in a nice neighborhood. It's a short walk to Park Ave restaurants.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend at Beth’s place! The home looked exactly like the photos and offered plenty of space to relax after our winery visits. The location was perfect—within walking distance to all the restaurants we wanted to try in the evenings. The neighborhood felt quiet and very safe, and we really enjoyed strolling around. Beth provided clear instructions for check-in and parking, which made everything seamless. We’d absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to our friends.
