This old renovated house, originally built for the workers of the Moutot factory (a 19th-century cement factory) awaits you by the banks of the Serein River, with its feet in the water. The living space is located on the first floor, accessible from the courtyard via a staircase, and from the garden through the terrace overlooking the river. This place is a haven of nature in a very peaceful environment. 5-minute drive from Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Château du Saulce

The Château du Saulce domain is a former Knights Templar commandery founded in 1216 and was taken over by the Order of Malta in the 14th century. The small castle in the Versailles style is from the 18th century and has been entirely renovated, keeping all the elements of the romanticism of its era. Located on the banks of the Yonne river, it is surrounded by a 3 hectare park with remarkable old trees and birds, ponds and a decorated trianon, as well as a modern swimming pool.

Ideal for spending time with family and for fishing lovers thanks to our private pontoon. 3 main rooms, 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200 bed and one for children with a 90 x 200 bunk bed. A large covered terrace, a brazier, and hammocks will be at your disposal to enjoy during your stay. You will be greeted by 2 dwarf goats who will be waiting for your attention.

Vanuit het huisje wandel je zo naar het meer waar gezwommen, gevaren en gevist kan worden. Voor de boodschappen is de dichtstbijzijnde stad 13 km. Dit sfeervolle huis staat in een klein gehuchtje aan het grote meer ‘Lac de Pannecière’ in het prachtige natuurgebied de Morvan in de Bourgogne.

Cottage on a peninsula

Small chalet located on a peninsula, in Bessy sur Cure, you can rest, swim (direct access to the Cure) and live outside thanks to a 70 m2 terrace overlooking a large plot of land. It is partly mounted on stilts (not suitable for your toddlers). The cottage is composed of a 30m2 living room, where the living room has a wood stove, a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a shower and the toilet. A separate 20 m2 bedroom benefits from a direct view of the Cure.

Ideally located for exploring Burgundy (18 km Vézelay), strolling along the Canal du Nivernais, swimming at the foot of the mill, canoeing, cycling...the possibilities are many. Le Moulin have 16 beds (out of 2 houses: Le Moulin and a gite). You can go up to 18 people a little more sporty..
