Fabienne's house is a haven of peace for young and old, thanks to the many activities and games that are available there. In addition to everything that is available to visitors, you can feel at home with thoughtful decor. Fabienne is a responsive host, very friendly and she has many activities to recommend in the area! You can't get enough of the silence that surrounds the house or the views of the surrounding fields and forest. Thanks again Fabienne!

We were 12 people, from 6 years old to 72 years old. Everyone loved these 4 days!The house is simply beautiful, there are plenty of activities for all ages, it's close to the city center and above all we had a great welcome from Dorian, by message because unfortunately absent, but he had put 2 good bottles in the fridge as a welcome gift, and also from his parents, extremely kind and helpful, and who were very good advice for visits. This is by far the best cottage we've stayed in so far!

A memorable 2025 Ascension weekend in the village of La Rochepot and in Jérémy's accommodation. A place just as we needed to relax and enjoy the many things to do and discover in this beautiful region of Beaune. A perfect accommodation and plenty of space for 4 people (we were 2) with all the amenities you can expect from this kind of Airbnb. A quiet terrace for lunch or relaxation, and a jacuzzi area perfect for ending the day. I recommend this host with a +++ Small suggestion for wine lovers, the cellar of Jérémy's dad is just in front of the accommodation, so go taste the Volnay or the Santenay 1er cru, it's a treat. For our next excursions in the region, we have found our accommodation.

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week and we had a wonderful time. The house is exactly as described. Everything you need and more is available at the house plenty to keep the kids entertained. The area is very quiet and felt very safe. Supermarket nearby and a small town. Larger towns within a 20/25 minute journey. Hosts are great and have recommendations and very responsive when we had a slight problem. Really lovely stay and would recommend.

A beautiful stay spent with friends! The accommodation and the services offered fully match the listing and the photos. There is even shower gel, shampoo and conditioner available, just like at the hotel. I 100% recommend this accommodation, especially for the heated pool which must be pleasant to use in summer and winter.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay - the place was beautiful, pristinely clean and the pool and hot tub were great. We instantly felt so happy and relaxed when we got there (even with two small children!). My husband, children and I all thought it was absolutely perfect and we would love to stay again. Very well equipped and very nice accommodation. Parking is available near the listing. Very quiet and pleasant village. The children's square is a few meters from the accommodation. The exteriors are very well maintained and fully enclosed. Everything is set up to spend real moments of relaxation. The spa and pool are clean. The bedding and linens are clean and of good quality. I had chosen the accommodation to be able to look at the starry sky in the dark surroundings. I also had astronomical telescopes with me for that purpose. The starry sky was stunning, the cabin perfectly located and very quiet, so I could sleep in well after a long night. The cabin is simply furnished, but there is everything you could ever need. Bed and bedroom is very comfortable. The outdoor area is incredibly idyllic. I felt very comfortable, was able to really relax. The surrounding landscape is very beautiful and offers enough opportunities for long walks. Patrice, the host, is very friendly and accommodating. I will be very happy to come back.

A little corner of paradise, in the middle of nature, with the river and birds in a soundtrack alone. The cabin is very cute, comfortable, very nicely decorated. Frédéric welcomed us in a very friendly way and gave us ideas for walks in the area. The hot tub is great! We recommend 200%!!

Fanny was responsive, very welcoming and helpful with recommendations from local restaurants. The accommodation was great, a "beautiful wooden cabin feel", but with good quality modern amenities, very comfortable beds and a very good location for many day trips to the Jura. we rented the 2 small houses for New Year's Eve with friends , functional Nordic bath, very good exchange, I would recommend it.
