Discover our beautiful city of Dijon by staying in the center of all the places to visit: 10 min walk to the train station, 15 min to the city center, 5 min to the gastronomic city, at the foot of the canal and its pretty promenade and 20 min to Lake Kir. At the foot of the apartment you will find all amenities: pharmacy, grocery store, bus stop, tram stop, paid parking spaces.

Close to Chablis, charming village, a real favorite, ideal for recharging your batteries with family or friends. Beautiful walks along the Burgundy Canal. Golf, canoeing, cycling, hiking. Rich in history, Château d'Ancy-Le-Franc, Château de Tanlay, not to mention the famous family restaurant in the village "Chez Mémé"! Fully-equipped house, all you have to do is put your bags down. Vermenton: Pleasant townhouse,

House, "single-story", with living room, separate toilet, Bathroom, courtyard not overlooked. Upstairs bedrooms, with toilet in the hallway. Close to food shops, restaurants, medical center, pharmacy, and SNCF train station. (300 m from the church and 10 min drive from the Abbey of REIGNY for weddings). Wine region, where the "Cure" winds, for fishing and swimming enthusiasts. You will visit Vézelay, Noyers, Guédelon, St-Fargeau, Ancy-le-Franc, Chablis, Morvan Park.

The little blue house

Our lovely house is comfortable and pleasant to live in. You will love relaxing in this quiet place, surrounded by countryside and nature, have a look at stars in the sky and breathe pur air. It will bring happiness to fans of forest, fishing, hunting, Bourgogne's gastronomy, architecture, History, racetrack, zoo and park. It is perfect for couples, lonely travellers, families with children and pets. A new pond has been created for nature and fishing lovelers.

The Barse Stable

Built in an old stable, our cottage is actually a large 65 m2 studio, an outbuilding not overlooked, where you will be in the quiet of the Champagne countryside. Come and discover exceptional nature: the passage of migratory birds, the forests of the Regional Natural Park and the Orient Lakes. Swimming, fishing, forest walks, we are also 10 minutes from the Thennelières highway exit, 20 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park or 20 minutes from Troyes!

60 m2 duplex accommodation, in the city center but also quiet. We designed it the way we like to find our tourist rentals. To visit nearby: Parc des Îles de Vermenton, Baignade de Vermenton, Reigny Abbey, Canal du Nivernais, Chablis, A6 Nitry exit, Rocher du Saussois, Vézelay, Auxerre, Noyers-sur-Serein, Avallon, Montréal, Guédelon, Saint Fargeau... The Charm of the Lake

House on the lake, pleasant and quiet. Fireplace! Very comfortable for holidays or work. Terrace, garden, orchard accessible to guests. You will be 100 meters from the beach and the nautical base (pedalo, canoe...). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.

Half-timbered house renovated with organic materials. Small cozy nest where you feel good with all the comforts possible, quiet, the beds are made on arrival. You can park the car in the yard with the remote control of the gate at your disposal. For bike lovers, possibility to put your equipment away, as well as motorcycles for bikers.
