We had a wonderful stay at Casa Unica, Serenity Residences in South Goa. It was peaceful and picturesque with a helpful and responsive caretaker. The beach is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and eateries around too. It is a bit far off so I would recommend that travellers rent a vehicle for transportation. Public transport seems less available. Overall, worth the money and a wonderful stay indeed!

Sanjana's place is very spacious, clean and extremely organized. Check in is very smooth and the place is located in a very peaceful locality. If you're looking to relax and have a huge, comfortable space all to yourself, go for it! Perfect for a big group.

Very beautiful, clean house, will many antique pieces used for home decor. Carmine makes sure to message you well in advance with the details of the place. Dr. Cajy and his family hosted us, and they're wonderful people. Overall, we had a lovely experience.

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

This penthouse is very decent and specious property. we both the families feel homely during 3 days span. Highly recommended for the families.

Zak is one of the best hosts I've communicated with, now wonder he's such a good superhost, always available on call and text. The place is exactly how it looks in the photos, it is clean, homely, calm and pretty. Zak has been helpful in recommending restaurants and helped in any query we had. Special mention to the dogs though....King-Kong, Kulfi and Pupu are absolute cuties. 100% recommended to stay in South goa. Will visit this place again for sure.

It’s my second time booking a property with Basappa, and let me tell you everything is sorted at the property. - Cleaning lady comes and cleans almost everyday. You’re not disturbed. - The beach and pool are right there - Plenty of eateries; Basappa will share some numbers with you if needed - The patio is a great place to sit and unwind Overall no complains, and I’m probably going to keep coming back here for the rest of my life. This was our third visit to Shubhada's property and as usual it was a pleasure to have spent a short stay there. In fact my super senior citizen father who travels with us for this trip annually; now insists on this booking and very year I log in to Air BNB with the hope it is available. This was a different property from the one we had stayed earlier albeit in the same location so her tribe is growing and we wish her the very best for further growth. looking forward to spend time in a new property next year.

The stay justifies it's name, it's cozy, calm and very peaceful. Great host - awesome hospitality, clear communication and always helpful. all the amenities matches the description. The locality of the appartment is awesome, we stayed for 6 days and it was very much home. Ample supermarkets and restaurants are surrounding the area. Highly recommended place for group of friends, couples and family. Thank you Maison for making our stay super comfortable.

Vasu ( quite chatty), Avinash’s father & his wife ( smart but a quiet listener) were the ones who met us and helped in check in. Vasu makes it a point to meet and greet any new customer, which is good. The apartment was fantastic - it had the stamp of IKEA - most furniture was Ikea. But a lots of amenities which you would probably not find in other airbnbs - for example - he has provided - microwave, toaster, a wonderful induction gas, washing machine with Surf excelmatic ( not common), scissors, pots and pans, cutlery even a wine bottle opener, AC’s in Hall, and both bedrooms, body wash, shampoo & conditioner ( good quality)..and the list goes on. But he also had 4 bottles of Budweiser beer ( which was a first), dry cleaned towels and handkerchief etc etc..The place is part of a huge housing complex and it has a lot of facilities. All in all a READY TO MOVE IN APARTMENT. A big Thanks to Vasu & his wife. They manage many other properties in Goa.

I had a wonderful stay at Nikita's Residency in Dabolim, Goa. The place exceeded my expectations in every way. The ambience was peaceful and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made my stay all the more comfortable. The amenities provided were excellent, catering to all basic needs and more. A special mention to the manager—extremely responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which added a personal touch to the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and hassle-free stay in Goa!

Our group of friends stayed at this place for 3 days. The property is located at a peaceful , accessible location and gives perfect vibe of South Goa! The place is exactly the way its described and shown in pictures. House is neat and clean. Swimming pool in the society is clean. We enjoyed pool time. Three cheers to the helpful Host! I stayed with my family in this property. The property is beautiful, felt at home. The place is beautifully maintained and a perfect 2bhk for families. Also it’s very aesthetic so every frame is picture perfect. The appliances were all up to date and functioned properly. The caretaker was responsive and helpful too! Loved it, will stay again for sure💗

Loved this Bali-style stay in Colva! Super clean property, premium linen and had all the promised amenities and looked better than photos. Big private terrace, cozy plunge pool with skylight was amazing. Leena Kapoor is a great host. she helped with all the restaurants and popular spots to cover in Goa. Can’t wait to come back in December!

If you’re landing at Dabolim Airport, this is a great place to stay as it’s nearby. However, if you’re arriving at MOPA Airport, the location is quite far. The stay is ideal for 4 to 5 people — peaceful with no outside noise. You can order food easily from Swiggy, and there are some good restaurants nearby on the main road.

One the best experiences I ever had! Ankita is a super amazing host, she help me out with everything,also the property is also amazing!! Is very much recommended place to stay if you wish to stay in south Goa!

This place is inside a resort, so feels safe.. perfect stay for couples or two people who are looking to have some peaceful time.. They have everything what u get at home.. Water purifier, First aid kit, card games .. you name it this place has everything.. trinity beach is just 900 meters from this home.. Very peaceful location for someone who is looking for a leaisure time.

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. At first I was a little suspicious of booking but then I went for it! This place not just surprised me but it was a beautiful stay! The balcony opens up to a complwte nature immerse feeling with that forest noise (don’t worry it’s well guarded with net and you are very safe) you can also have a cup of coffee relax in the swing and chilll! Anuradha is weirdly (ina. Good way) super active like anytime not sure how she does it! It was a very good stay and recommend it

Super easy check in to begin with. At first glance from the photos the place looked smaller but perfect for our family of 4. It's literally 100metres or something from the beach and it's a very calm and peaceful place to stay. The house was spotless clean all arrangements made and available. Thw swimming pool had a bit too much clorine and could feel it in your mouth while swimming just that one thing to be noted but yeah. Dr ransley hope you had a good time hosting us as we loved spending time in your space a value for money space I would say and can't wait to visit it again.

I had stayed at Ankur’s place during the first week of June, we had planned for a stay of 2 nights but we needed to extend for a day more and upon checking with her, she readily allowed us to stay for the additional day and also, was flexible with both the check-in as well as check-out timings. The property is close to Dabolim airport and is very peaceful and serene. The check-in and entry to the property was quick and easy. The apartment is maintained well and is exactly as seen in snaps. All amenities were available as mentioned and everything was working fine. Ankur was always available for any query required and was really helpful during our stay. I would really recommend this place for anyone who is travelling to Goa and using this platform.
