Had a really nice week here, pool was cleaned daily and was big enough to swim in and enjoy, the beach nearby is beautiful and there are almost no people on it.

Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

The villa was perfect for our family and very close from cleaner beaches in Goa. It was spacious and super clean. Check in check out on time and the host was very friendly. He helped us to get grocery and any other need we have. Highlight of the trip was swimming pool. Kids had blast in the pool

Our stay at the villa was fantastic! The location was excellent, with general stores nearby for convenience, yet the surroundings were peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation was comfortable, with clean and well-maintained rooms and washrooms. A special mention to the caretaker, who was extremely welcoming and provided us with great service throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it to others!

What an amazing stay! Very comfortable and cozy villa in a peaceful but well connected location in Benaulim. The property was clean, all listed amenities present and working well, kitchen was stocked with basics and had all required utensils. The community has a decent swimming pool and is a very quiet and secure society. Vinay was our host and he was excellent with his hospitality. Went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay and was unbelievably available to support 24x7! Very caring and mindful of customer needs. The location is great with some nice restaurants, supermarkets etc. in walkable distance. Definitely worth the price you pay :)

We booked Sunflower Villa for a relaxing, fun weekend getaway with just the girls -- and it was perfect. Having already stayed at Louisa before, our expectations were high and we're happy to say that they were all met. Peaceful, relaxing, full of lovely plants and birds, and adding to that, the super helpful staff made this the best weekend trip we've had in a while.

The place was amazing, actually better than what was depicted in the photos. The surroundings were great, peaceful which made our experience even better. Will definitely come back to this place again, when possible!

I had a wonderful stay at The Rustic Vilaa in Goa! The villa perfectly blends comfort with a charming, earthy aesthetic that feels both cozy and luxurious. This was the most amazing place that I have ever booked & stayed through Abnb, and I've been using Abnb for quite a while. As soon as we entered, we felt right at home. Everything was just as described, furnitures & cooking utensils squeaky clean, bedrooms done perfect. We stayed for a week, and just loved the place. My mom & son didn't want to leave. The place is minutes away from some of the lovely beaches in South goa like Palolem, Patnem, Talpona etc. It is very well maintained by the caretaker Diljit, who is super helpful and humble. DJ helped us with a seamless checkin, was always there when we needed him however also knew to give us our family space to settle in & have a true homely experience.Our pet lhasa, coco loved him & waited for him to come and take him for a walk. The place is done up elegantly, Vishal has a great taste for interiors which perfectly matched our expectations. Don't think twice to book it, you won't regret for sure. We can't wait to come back.Thanks.

Marie et Caji sont des hôte chaleureux, accueillants, calmes, discrets, et de bon conseil...ce fut un plaisir de séjourner un mois dans un cadre agréable...la maison est propre, bien équipée, le village et l'environnement sont harmonieux et paisible... pour bien explorer la région il est plus aisé d'avoir un véhicule... je recommande vivement la maison de Marie et Caji...

Found Ally's place very comfortable and clean . The kitchen was well equipped. It also has grocery stores and good restaurants just a few mts away. Ally also recommended us some lovely places .

As usual, Shoba lavished her gift of hospitality on us. A more generous and caring Airbnb hostess would be hard to find. An added plus to renting here is that Shoba runs a snack place/restaurant downstairs. Many times when we were just too tired to cook, we ordered from the restaurant and Shoba cooked up some very tasty dishes for us. She is an outstanding cook. Our review by the pros and cons: Pros: 1)Tasty meals from restaurant 2) Shoba's hospitality 3) peace and quiet 4) large kitchen 5) on-site resident cat (Pena) and parrot (Beno) to love on. Cons: 1) Neighborhood is prone to power outages 2) Livingroom and kitchen can get a bit warm - bedrooms however are fine with AC units in each room 3) not unique to Shoba's is the common practice of burning garbage outside - can be an aggravation for folks with respiratory issues. For us, the pros outweigh the cons and we have already booked her place for next year. I highly recommend Shoba's Place.

I had an amazing stay at this charming place right on Agonda Beach! The location couldn't have been better – just steps away from the beach with stunning views. We had a wonderful stay at Cora Homestay near Talpona Beach! Our family of 6, including 2 children and 4 adults, found the place perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location is ideal – close to a quiet and beautiful beach that let us enjoy the serene side of Goa. The property was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable for all of us. Vikas is a great host and Villa Nest is a great place to unwind. I have stayed here multiple times and this is the perfect place for a staycation. The location is peaceful and surrounded with greenery. Daily needs and the beach are a stone throw away. The riverside is great for walks and bird spotting. There are 2 pools to take a dip when it gets too hot. Overall a great place for families.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. Vidita our host was very proactive and made everything seamless. The location was easy to find and the overall vibe was warm and welcoming. We only stayed for a night as we had a flight the next day but we wish we had more time.

What a well maintained villa as well as overall property. River view is lovely and calming while it is 3 mins walking to the beach. They have their own shopping complex with a great supermarket for everything required. Literally so much to do within close proximity. Inder (the caretaker) was super friendly and helpful, as was olinda (house help). Overall this property is worth it if you want to stay in the area.

Galgibaga Beach is stunning with very soft sand and a lifeguard present all day. The clean beach is a turtle nesting site, where you might spot Olive Ridley turtles in Jan - Feb. Cozy Patrix House lives up to its name—it's comfortable and well-equipped. Mr. Heracles provides all necessary details in a diary. The owners, Mr. Heracles and Mrs. Liza, are friendly and always available. Amenities include a washing machine, gas stove, utensils, refrigerator, TV, ACs, and high-speed fans. They also provide beach mats, hats, frisbee, and an umbrella. The house is clean, well-lit, and has high-speed internet. Essentials like tea, coffee, and detergent are already available. They even provided a baby chair for our toddler. There is a clothes hanging area on the terrace, though caution is needed as it has no walls. Mr. Heracles helped us hire a cook, and the service was excellent. Overall, our experience was lovely, and we highly recommend Cozy Patrix House. We look forward to visiting again!
