We had a great stay at William’s. The location was beautiful and the house was comfortable. We had a great mix of day-tripping and relaxing with a view. We also ran into William and he was very helpful and friendly.

Great spot! Clean. Bigger than you think. Easy to access just get off the highway!

Dan & Holly are amazing hosts. They provided everything needed to make our week great. They left dining recommendations and all of the information we needed for the property. It was the perfect space for our family. The on-site amenities were great. The pool space was super clean and the staff was amazing. The property is well maintained and we had everything we needed to feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Downtown Rutland was a short drive, and there was so much to see just minutes from the property. Dan & Holly are extremely responsive and truly think of everything. We had no questions and checking in and out was a breeze because they are so thorough. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

Staying here is always a joy for the entire family! It has become an annual tradition that we all look forward to in winter. Thank you for being so accommodating with our schedule and a special thanks to Mitchell for going the extra mile to snow blow a waking path for me and the dogs to keep our daily routine of visiting the horses, after the last storm brought over 13” of snow. Stayed overnight. About 7 miles outside Hanover center. Wonderful clean 2 BR 1 bathroom apartment. No place to cook and no kitchen sink. big refrigerator and Keurig was all we needed. Separate locked entrance to basement apartment. Separate HVAC from main house. Worth the cost!

We had a wonderful stay! We would absolutely recommend staying here. The house worked well for myself, husband and 4 year old son. There were even a few toys he was able to play with, in addition to a large lawn and a stream near by! There are also very thoughtful touches with amenities to make traveling and staying somewhere more convenient and comfortable.

We loved our stay at The Schoolhouse! It was incredibly clean and well-kept, and the amenities made us feel right at home. Matt was communicative, kind, and very welcoming. We will definitely book The Schoolhouse again!

Mary's place was great. Everything was exactly as described and Mary gave very clear instructions for check in and responded quickly to text messages. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Fantastic second stay! Perfect for a climbing trip

This home is beautiful ,well equipped, and the perfect spot to relax. Melora was very friendly and helpful. The little extra touches was what made the home feel so comfortable and the view is just perfect. We are definitely planning a second stay in the near future.

Lynn's place was adorable and made for the perfect location for our weekend girls get away. We specifically came to this area to cross country ski at Green Woodlands. When we weren't skiing, the 4 of us loved sitting at the kitchen table, playing games and cooking together. The kitchen had everything we needed and the sleeping accomodations worked well for our group. We will definitely consider making this an annual trip!

Kelly's place was a perfect last minute location for an overnight. We wanted to be in between Plymouth and Bethlehem and this was PERFECT-right off the highway. My favorite part was the cozy bed nestled in a lofted upstairs....keep that in mind if you are very tall. It was great for us!! Thank you so much :)

My friend and I needed a night to escape traffic & the busy life. We had such a great experience here! It's in a great location, walking distance to the river. Super close to the covered bridge and waterfall. The rooms are clean and adorable, the yard is comfortable and the hot tub was perfection! We will be here again!

We had a great stay at Jessica’s place. The house is very nice, comfortable and well equipped, and the surroundings are beautiful. Jessica was always friendly and very responsive. I’d love to stay there again!

Jayne was an awesome host, we had a little hiccup with travel and she was ready to help us out! Luckily we got that fixed and were able to see our daughter graduate. An awesome stay!
