Our home is a cozy spot up the slopes of Signal hill, part of Table Mountain National Park in the Atlantic Seaboard in downtown Cape Town. Its on a quiet, leafy street, a 5 minute walk to the trendy, cafe-styled streets and urban village lifestyle of Green Point and feel utterly spoiled for choice of things to do. It is a 5-7 minute drive from V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain and the stunning white beaches of Camps Bay. and the entertainment districts of Long and Kloof Streets and Sea Point.

Fulham Garden Cottage is open for bookings again. After renovations and upgrades the cottage is even better than before. The cottage has a lounge, open plan fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, gas stove, etc. There is a separate bedroom with en suite bathroom with a shower. The Bedroom has enough cupboard space. The lounge has a very comfortable sleeper couche. You walk straight out on to a deck with a picnic table with views of Table Mountain, Lions Head and the ocean.

Firstly, the pictures do not do this darling of a house justice! It is immaculate. We came for the weekend for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday and what a lovely time it is. Close enough to the beach and vibey places, but secluded enough that you can enjoy the peace serenity of the place. Karen was an amazing host! Very communicative, quick to respond and friendly.

Sophie's home was perfect. The charm of a Cape Dutch, down to the delightfully squeaky old hardwood floors, combined with well executed updates that are functional and beautiful. There are incredible spaces indoors and out that allow the house to become a sanctuary from the outside world while only footsteps away from the best beaches, bars, and restaurants of Camps Bay. Whether visiting Cape Town for work or play Sophie's home is a wonderful place to stay.

This is a great spot! Excellent location in Noordhoek, walking distance to the farm village and you can’t ask for a prettier neighborhood. Cottage is well equipped with everything you might need and Penny is a great host. The home is very private and cozy, we felt at home right away!
