After an unexpected relocation from another accommodation, I was feeling quite anxious about finding something last minute. Lyneve came to the rescue and turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a truly joyful experience. She immediately understood our circumstances and went out of her way to make us feel welcome — from helping us to drop our luggage, sharing local tips and recommending nearby events. She made us feel part of her community from the start. The house itself was absolutely perfect — clean, spacious, and set in a secure complex that gave us peace of mind. The design is incredibly thoughtful: cozy and intimate when you’re a small group, yet roomy enough to host more people comfortably. Lyneve is the kind of host that turns a house into a home away from home. I am so grateful to have found her and look forward to relying on her again whenever we return to Cape Town.

This house is stunning , something similar to a house from grand designs . Stunning views from everywhere, spacious rooms and lounges , warm pool and the best tings was the housekeeper Aneese and Boyd the house manager , absolute stars , so friendly and responsible . Highly recommend his place for those looking for the wow factor in beautiful Constantia and Cape Town

We’ve just spent 4 weeks (4 adults 1 child and a baby) at the villa and it was the most amazing stay! The villa is in a perfect location and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Matthew the house manager was just the best! So helpful and kept the villa spotless throughout our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

We are ten ladies who stayed 4 nights to take part in the Two Ocean’s marathon and enjoy Cape Town. The house had enough room for us all and we were very happy to be given the option of having two singles rather than King beds in some of the rooms. The views from the top balcony over the ocean are beautiful and the downstairs has a table for 10 and a great lounge area. Bonus was the coffee machine and well equipped kitchen. Having the housekeeper come every day was wonderful and he is efficient, helpful, discrete and friendly. The house is walkable down to the beach and bars and restaurants in Camps Bay. We couldn’t have had a more wonderful stay.

A great place to stay in terms of comfort and location. Very private and peaceful and we worried about nothing!

What a privilege to be able to stay in this very special place. It is spacious, private and absolutely beautiful. The views would be hard to beat anywhere in the world. The layout of the house is perfect and the linen and finishes all high quality. We were here in late summer and the house was the perfect beach escape. You can walk to the beach and to the Red Herring centre which has fantastic restaurants. There is so much to do in Noordhoek and Cape Town. The house might be a little cold in mid winter due to its position on the mountain and open plan nature.

The place is a work of art inside and outside. The view of Table mountain is breathtaking, both day and night. Tino is very kind, responsive and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about the stay.

Just got back from a joint 3 family (6 adults and 5 children) holiday. The house was perfect and we all had an amazing time. The housekeeper Neli was brilliant and Rene was very accommodating with requests for early and late checkouts due to the times of our flights. Location is brilliant and we had a mix of days at the house and days exploring the area. Lots of brilliant memories made! Thanks

This Villa was absolutely amazing!!! It was as beautiful as the pictures. Great and safe location. Host Melanie was proactive in her communication, was there to greet us when we arrived, gave a tour and was very responsive anytime I reached out. I would definitely stay at this location on my next trip back to Cape Town.

Wow. Absolutely amazing place. Stayed here for 3 nights with 5 adults and 5 children. Home is large, spacious and complete luxury. Would highly recommend if you are looking to visit Cape Town, but stay slightly outside the main city

Stephan's place was really amazing. Everything you needed was there. Jana, the property manager was there to let us in. She even handwrote us a postcard to welcome us, that was just that little extra that made everything really perfect. She also responded pretty quick to any message we have send her. 10/10 would recommend

Highly recommend this beautiful spot. An exquisite garden and home filled with character and beautiful, carefully curated spots dotted around the property to enjoy quality time with family and friends. And Andreas is a very friendly, hospitable and responsive host. We will certainly be back to enjoy this special space.

Markus and Clara were exceptional hosts. Clara kindly hosted a Braai for us one of these evenings. As a foodie and a restauranteur her cooking was exceptional. Thanks for everything!

Our stay at Nicki’s Villa was much better than expected as this was only my 2nd Airbnb stay. The house was beautiful and perfectly accommodated my family which includes 3 children under 3 years old. Everyone had their own space and there were several common spaces for us to gather both indoor and outdoor. The villa was very clean and includes daily housekeeping services. The villa is in a gated community with guard service so we always felt safe. We also used the recommended Chef Mark who came to the villa several days to prepare breakfasts and dinners (including appetizers and home made desserts) for our group. My 13 year old nephew said that was the highlight of his trip. The food was fantastic and the presentation was top notch. The Villa helped to make this one of the best family trips we have experienced to date.

First of all, the hosts were extremely friendly and thoughtful about the way they arranged the amenities in the house, everything was very well planned and focused on the welfare of their guests. Secondly, they had brochures and pamphlets on different restaurants and activities to do through the duration of our stay. It was as if we had a second home with the way they welcomed us and set up a comfy safe space. The house had personality and character and in each of the 7 rooms. The sunroom, living room and the kitchen had everything we could ever need and more, there was something distinct about every room that was very thoughtful . Not only were the hosts extremely friendly but they were willing to be involved in our stay in cape town by suggesting bookings, offering to book certain activities and giving experienced advice about the different places in town. Overall our stay was very pleasant and comforting in a way we thought an Airbnb could never be.

Wonderful place, just steps to an incredible beach, really private feeling. Kitchen was really well stocked for a big family. Really comfortable spaces with great bathrooms (with excellent water pressure!). It is a beautiful location, but be aware that it's a healthy drive to central Cape Town given the frequent traffic.

The property is ideal for families. We travelled with two teenagers and a ten year old and everyone had their own space they could retreat to. Very cosy home, lovely garden area with swimming pool, large kitchen and sitting area to enjoy time together as a family. It is an ideal setting to enjoy a truly relaxing, but also private holiday where we felt at home, safe and spoilt with beautiful surroundings at the same time. It is a calm neighborhood which allows for a good nights sleep. Easy walk to the city, Gardens shopping center and parks, good coffee shop and if you want to take a longer stretch also to the V&A waterfront . Truly an amazing location for your Cape Town stay. The place airs a homely atmosphere much different from many other AirBnBs and you can sense that the owners take great care and pride of the place. Super responsive hosts, often within minutes we got the answer we needed.

We had a wonderful time in Camps Bay - mainly thanks to our great choice with this villa! We were a group of adults with kids and enjoyed every second of our stay. Jean Christine was super responsive and helpful, organizing an easy and flexibel handover for us. The villa is amazing with great views and location as well as absolutely spotlessly clean, thanks also to the very nice and kind lady cleaning the house regularly. We all can only recommend this place and would love to come back for a longer stay in the future!

The villa is absolutely remarkable - the space is beautifully decorated and perfectly laid out. We thoroughly enjoyed moments on the patio as well as lounging by the fire inside, making for an overall memorable and intimate experience. Bibiana and her team are so lovely, the welcome basket was a sweet touch and their attention to detail is impeccable. They remained accessible and helpful throughout our stay, even assisting with washing and ironing at our request. We never felt more at home in an AirBnB and relished returning to the villa during the day for some much-needed R&R. I highly recommend booking with Bibiana - between her hospitality, the views, amazing location, and value for money, I can’t pinpoint the best part. Thank you Bibiana, Anastasia, and Sheron for such a wonderful stay, we’d love to come visit again soon ☺️

Location of the house is great as it takes 7/8 mins driving to get to lions head and table mountain trails, 3/4 mins driving to get to camps bay beach, 10/12mins to get to beautiful Llandudno beach and then you are 8mins away from starting the magnificent drive to the peninsula with amongst the most picturesque and stunning views in the world. House is a three bed super comfortable and pool is great if you have kids that need to be entertained at all the time. We will come back

What a fabulous location! Could not have asked for better access to the beach and the majestic sunsets over the ocean on the West coast. The villa is spacious, modern and well appointed, and the hostess responsive to queries and requests. Would highly recommend
