If it wasn't for the other reviews I would say it's the first lease of this property. All very new, spotless. Luiza sent all the necessary information, and at the checkin Everaldo was super attentive. I definitely recommend it and I will also come back more often.

Luana is amazing, she was super attentive and helpful in everything I needed, I have nothing to complain about, the apartment is wonderful, it was impeccable, very spacious. It accommodated 5 adults and a baby very well. Without a doubt I would host again.

The space lives up to the name given by the hosts...it is really charming! The loft exceeds all the good expectations already created by the photos. The environment is very cozy and the condominium is pleasant. Even though it is well located, a car is necessary to get around the city comfortably! Marta was very precise and agile in her messages and explanations. We had a great time at the Loft and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place in Campos do Jordão!

As highlights we mention: Perfect Location – Close to tourist spots, with easy access, making the trip even more practical and enjoyable. Impeccable Environment - The apartment is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, with cozy decor and everything very clean and organized. Attentive Host - Olga and Helena were extremely helpful, with easy check-in and a demonstration of how the apartment worked. Amenities: Fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and the little touches that make all the difference. Recommendation: Definitely one of the best places to stay in the area! We went as a couple, plus 2 teenagers and 1 baby of 1 and a half years. Congratulations, we'll be back.

The Apartment is impeccable, the place seems to have come out of a European film, I loved the garden, the heating system was great the cozy, clean, very neat and decorated apartment. It was a few days, but it was great

I had a great airbnb experience from Kátia and José. The extremely clean, cozy apartment, the shower is wonderful, the bed extremely comfortable and the fireplace very easy to connect. They were very kind and the communication very clear. What impressed me the most was how they thought about everything, provided soaps, towels(those very good hotel ones), heaters in the bedroom and living room, and not to mention that there was coffee and toast in the kitchen. The location is also perfect, it is a 10 minute drive from the capivari park and around the condominium is well wooded and reserved. A very quiet and relaxing place. I highly recommend it!

My stay was simply excellent! The apartment/hotel exceeded all expectations, the space is very well organized, clean and welcoming, with all the details thought out to offer comfort and practicality. The location is also perfect, with easy access to everything I needed during my trip. The loft is within one of the “castles”postcards of Campos do Jordao. The outside/facade is charming and with an amazing view! The loft is also a cute one. We went with a baby and had a crib and equipped kitchen that helped with the chicks and bottles. The outdoor area and pool are also great attractions. We'll be back for sure!

I have been to Campos do Jordao at various times and have never been in an Airbnb with the excellent quality of hosting, kindness of the host, and proactivity of wanting to help. Until I met Rose, a very friendly and concerned person for his guests. He answered all requests extremely quickly and kindly. The apartment is perfect and close to everything. We will definitely return and stay in Rose's apartment. Cost benefit is well worth the cost and not only for that, we really feel at home there. It was all wonderful and super indico! My congratulations on everything Rose and one I'll see you soon.
