We were in four people. we liked the apt a lot. It stands on the top of the hill, but we already knew this and it did not make it difficult at all because we were driving. it had bed and bath linens was enough for the cold we got. Tv has few canals but as we were practically out all day, it was quiet. The room was very clean, had toilet paper, detergent and some spices, this was useful. The apt is on the third floor, but nothing that interferes with the listing. Mr. Luiz always answered questions. And even gave some important tips that made a difference. Mauro was well-educated. On the first day we picked up a little with the door lock. But then we took the macete.😅😆😆😆. The shower is warm. And the very good wifi. made a difference because we had a meeting to watch. The apartment accommodated 4 adults and a baby well. Everything clean, enough kitchen utensils to ensure a good stay. Good towels and bedding. Excellent gas shower. Quality and good quantity in what was made available, such as toilet paper and liquid soap. Communicative and attentive host. Armando was always attentive and responded quickly to all my msgs. The apartment was very welcoming and smelling of so clean when we arrived. The location is in a very safe neighborhood, with a market close by and some delicious restaurants when you prefer not to go to Capivari, where you can walk quietly, it's a good walk, but a nice walk. Good garage for 2 cars. Very gentle porters. I went with my husband and 3 children and we had a great experience.

Very good stay. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. Churrasqueira works well. Apto was well cleaned. I thought the furniture and the apt itself would be younger or renovated by the photos I saw on the listing. There are beautiful araucaria on the grounds. Quiet place. Dona Neuza helped us at check in and chek out and everything went smoothly.

Local in the lush nature of Campos do Jordao. Amazing view, very comfortable,cozy and with a beautiful view. My family of 5 were very well accommodated. The service of the very good hotel,café da manhãe the very good restaurant food. The heated and covered pool in the city is very important for the climate.
