Travellers—if you are thinking of going to Grand Manan-go! And if you go to Grand Manan—stay here! Seaside cottage is centrally located for your visits up or down island. We loved exploring Grand Manan; we equally loved our time on the deck watching the tide and the fog roll in. Alex is a wonderful host in all ways; especially a top communicator. We had some ferry drama on our first day and Alex was on top of it all the way. Highly recommended.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Lake House! The scenery was beautiful! The house was cozy and had everything we needed. Swimming and fishing in the lake was so much fun. Chaz was super responsive and friendly. This will definitely go down as one of our favourite vacations ever. Our oldest even caught his first fish ever, right off the deck! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for the ultimate vacation in comfort and relaxation!

What a beautiful spot! My siblings and I had an amazing stay and highly recommend checking out this piece of paradise! To be back on Lake Utopia after 15 years has been so memorable! We are so fortunate to stay on the same lake that we grew up on and visited every summer. This incredible space was absolutely stunning. Thank you Catherine! We will definitely be back!

We had such a nice stay at the Hideaway Cottage! I travelled with friends, the cottage was spotless and very comfortable. Shauna was an excellent host, she provided all the information we needed . We enjoyed the hottub! What a peaceful getaway. I highly recommend this spot.

I’m not one for taking a lot of time to write a review, but this place is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Clean, beautiful, peaceful, private, and the attention to details is amazing. More than we ever expected, this place is amazing!

What a beautiful location , rich in history. The grounds are amazing with lots to do including walking trails. The receptionist was very friendly and took the time to give us a detailed explanation of where we were staying and where all the amenities were located. The breakfast was very good and the location is central to many attractions. Loved we could visit with our two dogs . I would certainly stay here again.

Was the perfect get away for a bunch of tired moms. It was relaxing and beautiful! Tammy was very easy to communicate with and even checked in on us during the stay to make sure all was well. Very thoughtful. House was stocked with supplies and the tub was awesome!

Amazing place to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the water and wildlife. Neil was a superb host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome . The place was more beautiful than the pictures and the view and sunsets amazing ! Our golden Luna loved the daily walks down for the bay and spent hours in the water . We will definitely be back ! A great place to weather a storm! We were greeted by a rare nor’easter so we weren’t able to hike around much but we enjoyed having coffee and looking out the windows at the gorgeous view. There was a bit of a snafu with the cleaners that take care of the property, but Brian was very responsive and apologetic and offered multiple solutions. The bidet in the bathroom downstairs was a bonus!

My third time at Carol Sue’s beautiful little cottage. The view is breathtaking. The last morning, I could see a group of seals fishing in the water. I watched boats coming and going. The cottage itself has everything you need and so many thoughtful little touches (phone chargers, rain ponchos, binoculars, etc). Close enough to walk to the grocery store and to downtown but private, too.

I could write a book about how wonderful our stay was! My 6 year old and 2 year old had plenty to do. Our hosts provided canoes and life jackets to paddle the inlet at high tide and see the little waterfall. There was corn hole and croquet, fire pits on the beach, and we didn't feel like we needed to leave the whole time. Everything was there for us, and we just brought our food. They took us to clamming and were able to provide anything else we requested. Crossing the creek at low tide was a breeze after they guided us through in our Toyota Corolla Cross. We'll be back and probably with more guests to enjoy the other cottage. This is a dream spot for a vacation!

Tracy’s Maces Bay home was exactly that! A very comfortable and “feel right at home” home. It was stocked with amenities including all types of coffee and tea, which are often not found. The refurbished bathroom is beautiful as well as the sunroom. The view of the tides going in and out is amazing. Tracy was a great hostess and accommodated a great stay at very short notice. We also enjoyed the deer in the yard. A trip to St John’s to see the reversing falls was interesting, as well as eating lobster and wild blueberries nearby.

Just wrote a review for our 3 night stay,we loved it so much we wanted to stay another night,and we are thankful that there availability. We enjoyed last night just as much as the other 3.

Jane and her cottage were spectacular. We were looking for a place to unwind and decompress, and this was all that plus the bonuses of a luxuriously appointed, thoughtfully decorated and absolutely spotless home, with an unparalleled view of the ocean in its ever-changing moods, shimmering sunsets and moonrises, cavorting seagulls and flocks of geese, and a soundtrack of waves, songbirds and gull calls. We felt welcomed like houseguests at a good friend's home who had just stepped out for a little bit. We forgot to look for the fabled map drawer (mentioned by another reviewer) but were intrigued by the many books on the shelves by Maine authors, and short stories that we read aloud to each other. One of us walked the 4.5 mile loop trail, rugged but well worth the effort, if one is up to it, for the wild coast and ancient forests. We both sat on the chairs at ocean's edge to drink it all in. This was the very best B&B we've ever stayed at. Kudos to Jane for making her home available!

Our family had a great time during our visit at Darcy’s air bnb. We LOVED the private beach. We spent most of our time either walking the beach or relaxing by the little fire pit making s’more’s with the kids. We would recommend this place to anyone and we would definitely stay again.

Can’t say enough about Seeley’s cove, Brought a tear to our eyes upon arrival and departure! Has EVERYTHING you need. From beach towels, toys and dinnerware. So beautifully decorated, To match the setting perfectly. We brought our paddle boards and got to see the seal's almost every evening. Private, perfect and peaceful. Can’t wait to return.

We loved it here! It was an incredibly serene and peaceful place to stay a few days. We would 100% come back again. Terry was incredibly kind and responsive, an absolutely wonderful host. The property is beautiful, and the home is cozy and well decorated.

Exceptional Airbnb! We had the most peaceful stay. We loved going to the beach at low tide. We saw an eagle and deer on multiple days. We also cooked several meals and had all the necessary cookware for simple meals. The whole place was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and was great to have washer/dryer. It was a quick trip to the grocery store in town for needed items. We did a lot of hiking in the area and loved it. Would recommend Helen’s for a meal…the food/pie is excellent.

Hollie's place was great! Homey, clean, comfortable. Great location for experiencing an authentic Maine lobster town, for exploring the lovely Great Wass Preserve, and as a base for other adventures in Downeast Maine.
