The fully equipped kitchen. Clean and perfect towel and Saturday! The beds and mattresses are perfect. Maria very flexible also at check out time. The apartment is spacious and very well distributed.

I stayed at Lourdes' apartment for a week and everything was great. The apartment is very clean and has everything you would need (equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc.). I really liked the balcony and the location of the apartment was also perfect, it is one minute away from the beach. In addition, Lourdes is a very friendly person and it was very easy to communicate with her.

This house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for what we needed. If you're looking for a space to stay that can accomidate a big group of people this is it! It had plenty of space, good size bedrooms and huge outdoor space to enjoy together, the children also loved it. Around a 30 min drive to valencia centre, 10 mins to betera (local town for supermarket), local paella can be delivered. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect , we loved the deal with M.Carmen is very helpful and thoughtful . The apartment is perfect we loved it is rustic and with a lot of charm , it has a very well used and comfortable balcony, the perfect heating, the kitchen with all the necessary and the bedroom also perfect . ( in the photos it is not appreciated , it is better than in photos ) There are also many board games and books for the little ones and adults . You park a minute's walk and both the village and the people of the same charm .

Fantastic apartment – fully equipped, very clean, and spacious. Convenient parking right in front of the door, next to the local police station, so it feels very safe. The only small downside was the AI-based chat service for questions, which wasn’t very efficient. But overall, excellent value and a great stay!

Never being in Valencia, this was a wonderful location. Walk to the beach, dining was all around us and very good. Bus service to city center was wonderful. Bus Pass was great and thanks to Maria telling us about it, it did work. The space was wonderful, and each bedroom was just perfect for our family. The only thing that we missed was a patio or balcony to sit out in the morning to have out coffee. But we would return again. Thanks, Maria, for being the best host!!!! Also, your son was wonderful to help us with our Spanish.... Conner family

From the best villas I've been to. The house was super nice, comfortable , quiet, the pool was really spotless. Plenty of inflatables for fun. The tranquility was impressive. Everything was spectacular and I hope to be back soon! Fernando super friendly, gave us plenty of facilities and recommendations. Thank you very much for everything!

This was a fantastic stay! The hosts were amazing and responsive. They made a reservation for us at a local restaurant, came to clean the pool and responded to all of our messages. The property is outrageously beautiful and peaceful. I can't reccomend this place more if you're looking for a relaxing stay.

Good place to disconnect and enjoy the sea and the pool. Maria was pending and quickly managed an incident that arose with the temporary occupation of the garage square by another unknown car.

The apartment was very conveniently located close to the beach and restaurants. It was very neat and clean with all the possible facilities a good place to stay. Both the host and the contact person have been very punctual and kind. We are very happy. We will repeat for sure. We felt right at home. It's been a great vacation.

Pleasant host with an apartment with everything you need. The listing says there is no wifi, but don't be alarmed - everything is in place. Nice, warm, furnished apartment where you can relax after long walks in the mountains, and cook food in the kitchen. A special plus for allowing pets is a unique option! Thank very much
