Apartment holiday rentals in Camp de Morvedre

A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

We loved the fact that it was so close to a lovely promenade, had a couple of restaurants but the area was natural - not full of high rise buildings and souvenir shops. Delightful place to spend a few days.

The hospitality of the hosts was flawless. He is very attentive and quick to answer the questions. The only observation if they go to this region go by car as it is very far away.

It is on the 5th floor, there is an elevator in the building. We went by car, so we used the cool garage too! Beautifully furnished accommodation with a large terrace! The beach is visible from the terrace. In the bedroom, there is a large wardrobe for clothes with a rail. There are pots, cutlery, etc. in the kitchen. Recommend!

Super comfortable apartment, had everything we needed. After the 10 days we spent there it really did feel like home!

Excellent location right on the beach, close to many restaurants and shops and bus stop. The apartment has all the amenities,freshly renovated and clean. Fast WiFi. There was a bit missing an electric kettle, but I know it's rarely used in Spain.

We were at home, highly recommended!

The apartment is 30 km from downtown Valencia, in a beautiful place, super quiet and easy to park, because I was by car! The apartment is very good, well equipped, excellent shower, washing machine, stove, microwave, air conditioning. WI-FI 10/10! Anyway, I felt super comfortable! I highly recommend it!

We felt very comfortable in Maria's apartment for 4 weeks. The apartment is very clean, everything is available for a longer vacation. The beach is just a few meters away and every Saturday there is a beautiful farmers' market just two streets away. Maria even has chairs and a parasol for the beach and a trolley for shopping. Loving welcome gifts, such as treats for our dogs and coffee and cookies, as well as a bottle of chilled water, were provided. We can only highly recommend the apartment and its loving landlady. Thank you for the wonderful stay in your lovingly furnished apartment.

The place was spacious and comfortable as well as being very well equipped. The hosts provided amazing communication throughout our stay and answered any questions quickly.

The house has every last detail. All kinds of kitchenware, the refrigerator cools, full bathroom, sheets, towels, ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room, very good terrace. Come on, make yourself at home. The pool is very good because it gets the sun all day and the water is great, especially if you go with children. Marian and her son are attentive to any questions and recommend places. I recommend a pure Italian pizzeria called Mariotti (reservations required). We'll be back😊.

Apartment is very aesthetic. Location is also very good with a walkable distance to beach and restaurants. Teo is friendly and communicated well. He allowed us to do early checkin.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. We have only the most pleasant impressions of the apartment. Since we were with a small child, it was important for us that everything was within walking distance and that it was quiet. We found all of this there. We lived in a quiet neighborhood, no one bothered us, you could walk to the sea in 5 minutes, to the supermarket in 7. It was perfect for us. The apartment is very well maintained, clean and tidy. There was everything necessary to cook food. Since we arrived late at night, the hosts carefully left us a potato pie, muffins, tea, coffee and clean water, which was very useful. Alejandro gave us all the necessary instructions the day before arrival, which helped us get into the house without problems, connect to the Internet and navigate the area. We felt at home in his house, we were cozy and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this house. If we decide to return to Valencia again, we will undoubtedly choose this house for living. Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
