Monolocale per due persone al primo piano di una palazzina che affaccia proprio sul mare. Al check in ci ha accolti la mamma di Chiara, una signora cordiale e gentile che ci ha spiegato un po’ di cose. Abbiamo portato in vacanza anche il nostro cagnolone di 11 anni che ha gradito la vicinanza alla spiaggia avendo difficoltà a camminare. Esternamente alla palazzina è presente anche uno spazio dotato di pompa dove abbiamo potuto lavare il cane al ritorno dalla spiaggia. Posto auto garantito all’interno di questo spazio condominiale al quale si accede con un cancello automatico. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo ☺️

Ideal apartment with very modern furnishings and all of the conveniences I could ever imagine needing. A big plus for the traveler is the washing machine that also functions as a drier - extremely useful. Overall a great place for short or long-term stays. Nearby street parking was always easy to find. From our perspective the apartment is in an ideal location in the city of Crotone: it is at the extreme north end of the public seaside walkway, which we found the most enjoyable part of the city to spend time in. It is worth being aware that the apartment itself is in the corner of a building on ground level next to small streets that are busy with pedestrian and vehicular traffic; there is no private outdoor space, and for security reasons guests will want to keep their frosted windows or window shutters closed (louvres open if one likes) for security reasons.

Posto incantevole , mare stupendo , con accesso ad una spiaggetta di sassolini quasi ad uso privato , Amelia e Gaetano ci hanno accolti come si accoglie una persona di famiglia , dandoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie oer trascorrere nel miglior modo la nostra vacanza , cordiali e mai invasivi , ci ritorneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno

E cosa dire,tutto come descritto casa con tutti i confort mare bellissimo davanti casa tutto perfetto e poi il signor Sergey gentilissimo disponibile su tutto e poi con signor Salvatore una coppia perfetta!!! Bravi e arrivederci a l’anno prossimo 💪💪💪💪💪

Angela e il suo compagno sono stati gentilissimi, si mettono a tua completa disposizione pur di accontentare il tuo soggiorno !🥰 Che dire della posizione della casa, non ho parole, stratosferico, dalla foto non rende ma la casa è letteralmente sul mare!! E anche il dietro, c’è un panorama di montagne fantastico! Abbiamo soggiornato per poco, ma ritorneremo !

Wir waren zu 5 dort- 3 Erwachsene ein Kind und ein Kleinkind und waren im Mai dort- Vorsaison- am Strand fast die Einzigen und die Nächte noch ruhig. Vor der Nase erstreckt sich ein sicherer Fahrradweg auf dem man ein Stück die Küste entlangfahren könnte oder spatzieren auf der Promenade. Es gibt neben den angrenzenden Lidi auch eine Pineta mit freiem, wilden Strand. Das Meer ist lange laaangge nicht tief und deshalb super für Kleinkinder. Als wir ankamen war ein feiner Minestrone auf dem Herd und zweierlei Pizza im Ofen😍. Im Kühlschrank hat Patrizia weitere Leckereien für uns bereitgestellt- das war sehr Nett! Es hat sogar ein wenig Sandsachen und einen Ombrellone. Im Wohnzimmer hat es viele Bücher für gross und Klein- am Meisten haben wir die wunderbare Terrasse genossen- viele Pflanzen verspielte Details und die beiden Hollywoodschaukeln haben uns verzaubert und tiefenentspannt. Un jardin très bien entretenu avec une piscine très propre ; un accès à la mer proche ! Un restaurant de plage très pratique et un personnel a l’écoute

abitazione completamente ristrutturata, fornita di ogni confort e vicina al mare. è un po' più defilata dal centro ma è facilissimo raggiungerlo

Ottimo appartamento con vista mare dal soggiorno e dal terrazzo, dotato di ogni confort. È possibile lavorare collegandosi al Wi-Fi della casa anche dal terrazzino con vista mare. La casa è come nelle foto, arredata con colori che danno calore e la sensazione di essere a casa. Situato in zona lungomare, da cui si raggiunge a piedi sia la spiaggia, sia ogni tipo di ristorante, bar, gelateria e anche supermercati, pescheria etc...ma comunque distante dalla zona di maggiore movida. Comodo anche per famiglie con bambini, in pochi passi si è al mare oppure al parco giochi con giostrine o a mangiare un ottimo gelato. Antonella è stata un' host impeccabile, gentilissima e premurosa nell' accoglierci durante tutto il soggiorno.

Consiglio vivamente intorno tante cose belle da scoprire posizione della casa a tutto il necesario intorno supermercato farmacia panetteria davanti una spiaggia molto tranquilla noi siamo stati molto bene la disponibilità di Giovanni sempre presente!! 😊casa molto comoda e pulita come descritto.

The appartment is very close to the sea and the 'lungo mare' + you can get to the old town on foot in like 10 minutes. It was clean and the host was very responsive. If we ever get back to Crotone we'll book this appartment for sure.

Im gesamten war alles super! Carlo hat uns persönlich empfangen und war direkt zur Stelle als es nötig war und ansonsten auch erreichbar und bemüht. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben ordentlich und sauber. Die Umgebung ist etwas laut, da man Pubs und Restaurants neben dran hat, aber uns und auch unsere Kinder hat es nicht gestört :) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren für drei Nächte bei Ginette und es war einfach perfekt! Wir konnten eher in unser Apartment als vereinbart, Ginettes Familie hat uns unsere Koffer hochgetragen, wir haben tolle Tipps für Restaurants bekommen und zu meinem Geburtstag sogar ein kleines Geburtstagsküchlein mit Kerze! Ginette war immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Das Apartment war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es erwarteten uns einige köstliche Leckereien zur Begrüßung! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Fantastic place with a very beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and fantastic host! Highly recommended!

Our stay went very well despite us missing our flight the first night and me losing my luggage for the night. Gabriella was kind by lending me a few outfits until my luggage arrived. We had lunch ready for us as well. Half way through our stay, it was cleaned for us. Gabriella helped arrange for transportation to and from airport as well as a local tour guide. Everyone was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The few times we had questions, they were answered and managed promptly. Thank you again for everything you did for us. We really enjoyed our stay.
