Wow what can I say Amantea was beautiful. Carolina was a great host always responsive and even came over to help us connect to the Wifi. for some reason it wasn't connecting. We were visiting friends from Lago and they were impressed with the place as well. Easy to get to from Lamezia with easy access parking. Carolina also made us all feel at home. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting this region of Italy.

Surreal views. Phenomenal service. The city is rich in history. The dinners were also fabulous and fresh—from their homegrown garden. I recommend this getaway in the mountains to anybody who appreciates sustainable living and breathtaking, once-in-lifetime experiences. Worth every penny.

Ottimo alloggio, ben posizionato nel centro di Villapiana lido, dotato di tutto il necessario e molto pulito. Ci si sposta a piedi comodamente sia per ristoranti che per il mare. È presente un passaggio pedonale non segnalato dai vari navigatori per raggiungere la spiaggia, ci si mette circa 3 minuti a piedi. Idem per le passeggiate serali sul lungomare. Servizi come bar,ristoranti e supermercati raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Come da descrizione è presente il parcheggio privato, nella nostra permanenza (1 settimana) non abbiamo mai usato l’ auto. Giuliano è un Host molto attivo, ogni nostra domanda ha avuto risposta pressoché immediata. Sarà sicuramente un posto in cui tornare.

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!

Wir waren zu 5 dort- 3 Erwachsene ein Kind und ein Kleinkind und waren im Mai dort- Vorsaison- am Strand fast die Einzigen und die Nächte noch ruhig. Vor der Nase erstreckt sich ein sicherer Fahrradweg auf dem man ein Stück die Küste entlangfahren könnte oder spatzieren auf der Promenade. Es gibt neben den angrenzenden Lidi auch eine Pineta mit freiem, wilden Strand. Das Meer ist lange laaangge nicht tief und deshalb super für Kleinkinder. Als wir ankamen war ein feiner Minestrone auf dem Herd und zweierlei Pizza im Ofen😍. Im Kühlschrank hat Patrizia weitere Leckereien für uns bereitgestellt- das war sehr Nett! Es hat sogar ein wenig Sandsachen und einen Ombrellone. Im Wohnzimmer hat es viele Bücher für gross und Klein- am Meisten haben wir die wunderbare Terrasse genossen- viele Pflanzen verspielte Details und die beiden Hollywoodschaukeln haben uns verzaubert und tiefenentspannt. Vacanza da sogno a Villapiana che non delude mai... spiaggia e mare top. Casa Nina è accogliente, nuova, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. Hanno pensato a tutto. Si percepisce la passione e la dedizione degli host. La location è spettacolare sul mare. Locali e servizi raggiungibili a piedi. Parcheggio sotto casa. Dotazione assortita e nuova. Istruzioni in casa chiarissime. Esmeralda è gentilissima ad esaudire ogni eventuale richiesta "extra" in tempi celeri. Appena arrivati ci hanno coccolato con un benvenuto a base di frutta e l'occorrente per una pasta al pomodoro oltre acqua e caffè. Casa Nina è per me sinonimo di relax totale in vacanza... Hanno pensato a tutto Marco ed Esmeralda! Nonostante le descrizioni accurate e le foto corrispondenti alla realtà, per me l'alloggio ha superato le aspettative! La consiglierò sicuramente ai miei conoscenti e spero di poterci ritornare ancora. Grazie per la bella vacanza... Io e il mio ragazzo conserveremo un ricordo meraviglioso!

Patrizia è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. La villa è spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. Consigliata!

Nice place within easy walking distance to the beach with restaurant and beach bars nearby. We loved having access to both a pool and the beach. The place was secure, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The manager, Luca, was awesome and deserves his own 5-star rating! His responsiveness and warm hospitality would make coming back here an easy decision!

Very spacious and very clean unit. Listing and photos were accurate. Fabrizio was very quick to respond to our enquiry for a last minute rental and provided a recommendation of a local hotel for one night until his unit was available. Property managers Carmine and his wife Romilda live on site so met us on check in and for check out review. They were very responsive and provided a nice restaurant recommendation. They were very friendly people. There was a nearby grocery store to buy essentials like dish soap, toilet paper and toiletries for our week there. Nice coffee and pastry shop down the road.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft oberhalb der Stadt, in einer privaten Parkanlage eines historischen Palazzos, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und engagierte Vermieter… Sehr zu empfehlen!

apartment is located 15 min drive for reggio calabria. it was great spot to visit the beach and some small villages near by. it's spacious with two rooms. totally equipped kitchen with also some basic ingredients. which I liked. landlord also prepared some watter for us. by foot is really great pasticheria where we ate our breakfast. price between what you pay and what you get is top.
