The GreenHouse

If you’re feeling adventurous, this AirBnB is centrally located between multiple Nebraska breweries. The Cottage

Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Screaming Eagle Ranch

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination! Come stay in our beautiful, new,“Bunkhouse”. She boasts sleeping accommodations for 8 people, a complete full kitchen, a gas fireplace in the Great Room, and a washer and dryer in the bathroom. In addition you may bring your horse and feed to our corral. For an additional $25 you may ride the trails on our back 400. We also have a beautiful swim spa on the premises for your use. We are a little out of town…but worth it!

The Nest

The Nest is an upstairs mini apartment in a building on a working bison ranch. The decor is birds, flowers, nature. The windows look out over the pastures. The bathroom features a shower and small clothes washer. The kitchenette area includes hot drink dispenser, microwave, toaster oven, and mini fridge. A cot and portable crib are available on request. Breakfast snacks and coffee are included in the room rate. Covid concerns: you will be the only occupants in the building overnight.

There is river access for all kinds of water fun from tubing, fishing, kayaking, and swimming. Relax with the family in our conveniently located home. We purchased and remodeled this 1930's bungalow keeping as many original features as possible. What started out as hobby, paired with Gothenburg's need for affordable lodging, has blossomed into a way for us to raise a little extra money for our daughters college fund. We are located just four miles from top ranked Wild Horse Golf Club, two blocks from Highway 30, one mile from Interstate 80, and three blocks from historic downtown.
