A lovely spot with great views of Funchal. The location was very close to a supermarket, good restaurants, and many bus stops. The host and his assistant were very helpful and responsive.

Our stay in Madeira was not only beautiful, but thanks to this accommodation really relaxed and especially uncomplicated. What particularly impressed us was the outstanding flexibility: wishes were immediately taken into account, individual concerns were always implemented in a friendly and solution-oriented manner. You can just tell that they work with heart and genuine hospitality. Communication was always fast, personal and helpful - this creates trust and an all-round good feeling. My husband and I just returned from a fantastic 8 night stay at Lucio’s apartment. The apartment is large , was very clean and looked just like the photos. The location was a great starting point to explore the island. We enjoyed being in a quieter town that was still very central. There were plenty of restaurants that were walkable for dinner each night. We really enjoyed being able to relax on the balcony and in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Lucio was very friendly and responsive and has really set this apartment up with all the perfect amenities for a home away from home. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Madeira!

The accommodation is great, everything as described and in the photos. It is a bit dated, but we felt very comfortable there. Bruno gave us a very warm welcome and showed us everything we needed to know. When there was a problem with the water pump on the second day, he sorted it out very quickly. We can highly recommend the accommodation.

We really enjoyed the accommodation! (family of 6 people) This one is well located, a beautiful view, very peaceful and private place. It is very well equipped, heated pool (for €30/day), barbecue available, very spacious and clean. Which makes it a great value. We recommend it!

Madeira is adorable and so was the place! The accommodation is super equipped, you have everything you need. The location is fantastic. In the bedrooms there are small "windows" to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. Constantino was super nice, always helpful when we had questions about the island and he gave us great tips. Everything was clean, well-maintained and cozy. This Airbnb was worth every penny! We were more than satisfied!!! Thank you for this unforgettable time!

The place was perfect and lived up to our expectations. Quiet neighborhood and good location. Luis was very welcoming and gave good local recommendations. We highly recommend it!

The Bauhaus-style house leaves nothing to be desired. We immediately felt very comfortable. The house is very well maintained and in mint condition. All necessary equipment is available. The house was the entire house and the terraces were very clean including the bathrooms. The pool was heated as agreed and the cover also kept the temperature very well. Fatima introduced herself to us briefly on the second day, she is very nice and we immediately had a very friendly relationship. We were even allowed to try some tomatoes from her local garden. If you want to spend a relaxing vacation with pool time and hiking, you are in good hands there. We will be back!

A charming little apartment right on the Ocean. Perfect for a couple. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. If you love listening to the sounds of the waves crashing, this is for you. Sandra has thought of everything, very welcoming. There is a local little bar only a few steps away and a couple of restaurants all within walking distance. Very walkable from the accommodation along the ocean front. Pretty well located but you definitely need a car so as to go hiking and to do any shopping. Though there are buses nearby. Thankyou to Sandra for everything.

Beautiful and well-equipped accommodation, with a superb ocean view. Very welcoming and available hosts. One detail is that the house is close to a tourist spot so there is traffic during the day which can slow down the traffic on the access road to the accommodation slightly, but this does not disturb the calm of the house which remains isolated and pleasant to live in. We recommend this place!

The stay at Juan’s House let us to relax in great atmosphere. The apartment is well equiped even including cofee machine. There is a view at ocean from taracce. It is very clean and very well prepared for guests.

Serene sea side getaway with beautiful ocean views and plenty of food options nearby. If you want to explore the Western side of the island this is the perfect spot to serve as a launchpad for said adventures. Amazingly comfortable bed and stunning place to catch the sunset. Two thumbs up!

A lovely apartment: convenient, well-situated and pleasant views. Good location if you have a hire car; Funchal isn’t far at all, and there are many local shops and restaurants. Host-wise, unless you speak a little Portuguese, it can be slightly difficult; Jose is happy to call and speak for his mother. Very friendly and welcoming!!!

The check-in went well. We were very pleased and can recommend the apartment. Parking was available in the courtyard, otherwise it would have been bad to find a parking space. Next to the entrance was a small shop, also ideal. We felt very comfortable.

Great apartment. Everything as described. Tip...bring some shower/bath gel or buy some locally. There was only little bottles of shampoo. This was to start you off when you arrived, but, if you feel like a shower after a long journey it would be nice to have just a couple of small bottles of gel just for the initial shower or bath. It was quite noisy when we stayed with very loud building works with an excavator loading and crashing rocks and boulders into the lorries and travelling right past the apartment loaded with all of those 🥺 This was at the front of the apartment, so although we couldn't use the balcony there: thankfully the bedroom was at the rear of the property, so a lie in was possible when the work started early in the morning. However, this may not be the case for any future guests as they may have finished the works before they arrive. Other than this problem, we had a great time on this beautiful island ( our 8th visit and our first time in self catering)

This condo was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view. Plenty of seating, close to a grocery store and many restaurants. The infinity pool which looked over the ocean was lovely. We would definitely recommend.
