We really enjoyed our stay here. First off were our host. Henry worked it out for us to stay within the dates of our stay by booking us at the DreamVille Loft for our first night and then moved us to the Twin Cabins for the remainder of our stay. The Dreamville loft was great. It seems that we may have been the first guests there since everything was new. The Twin Cabins was very cozy. We enjoyed the ranch style feel of both places. We didn’t get to see the horses or cattle at our time there. If we come back, we would not hesitate to stay at either one of those two places.

My stay was wonderfully. Unique and spacious place. Great price for the amount of beds and for the graduation season.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Had a day long event for graduation and it was wonderful. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a large group of people, 11/10!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem in Kyle! Henry's Loft B was beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged. The space was peaceful, stylishly cozy, and stocked with all the essentials — plus a few delightful surprises that made it feel like home (the little touches really do matter). The location was perfect — close enough to Austin for a quick drive, yet tucked away in a quiet spot that let us relax and recharge. Henry was an outstanding host: super communicative, respectful of our privacy, and full of great local recommendations. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, and this one stands out for all the right reasons. If you’re headed to Kyle or nearby, do yourself a favor and book this place.

Great place to stay with a group of friends. The San Marcos River is close by which was what we went for. Close to food and shopping also.

We had a great stay! The space is beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a group—plenty of room for everyone to sleep well. The beds were cozy, and the setup made it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. As it’s a nature retreat, expect to encounter some bugs, so bug spray is a must—mosquitoes were definitely active during our visit. The property is also just a short drive to the river, which made for a super fun day of floating The hosts are nearby and available if needed, which can be helpful. Overall, a great place to unplug and enjoy the outdoors with friends or family

Incredible little get away spot, and such an adorable cozy little studio!! We loved the guesthouse so much. We were greeted by Ricardo’s outdoor kitty Cairo as soon as we arrived, and we loved seeing the chickens goats and sweet cattle dog as well! Ricardo is very friendly and easy to communicate with. 10/10, would definitely come back to stay next time we are in the area!

Wonderful place to stay! We loved the pool area especially. The landscaping was beautiful and the house was cozy. We stayed for a weekend family retreat. We will be back!

Staying at this property was a perfect choice during our time in Lockhart, where we celebrated my father’s life and attended the Texas Monthly BBQ Fest. This place provided a much-needed haven amidst a meaningful and busy weekend, giving us the comfort and relaxation we needed while letting us experience the heart of Central Texas charm. The property itself is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed, combining modern comforts with a rustic touch that felt fitting for the area. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every amenity we could need was provided, from the fully stocked kitchen to the inviting outdoor spaces. Whether we were unwinding on the porch or relaxing in the cozy common areas, we felt right at home. Lockhart’s renowned BBQ joints are close. If you’re looking for a place that captures the essence of Central Texas, this property is a fantastic choice. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Staying at Henry’s loft gave a safe yet welcoming environment! Loved everything about the location! We thought we had some trouble finding the door but looked over his instructions and was eventually able to find it! Henry and his wife were so very kind to let us borrow their jumpstart kit as our vehicle battery was having issues that morning, we appreciate everything about this one night stay!

If you are looking for a nice quiet area with amazing hosts to unwind you won’t regret staying at Pickles and Cheese. Dillon was super responsive. The property is private and gated. We even saw some wildlife on the preserve next door.

fantastic experience! longhorns were so friendly and fun to be around. we had the band out for a song writing retreat and it was perfect! lots of space and complete privacy.

This was our second stay at the Ellison House. We gathered family and friends from across the country to celebrate our son’s first birthday, and the house could not have been more perfect. The hosts helped us plan the small event with easy to follow guidelines, and were always incredibly responsive and kind. The house itself is a unique treasure that is cozy, artistic, and modernly functional. We could not recommend it more and look forward to staying again next year.
