Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Calasetta

A beautiful villa, only 1 minute away from a crystal blue beach. We absolutely loved our stay there and really want to go back another summer! Fabio was really nice and accommodating. It has everything you need and I really recommend his place. 10/10 :)

Magnifica casa immersa nelle campagne, fornita di tutto l’occorrente per una permanenza da sogno. Martina è un’host accogliente, disponibile e simpatica. A presto!

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Geräte sind alle modern und gut bedienbar. Das WLAN war sehr gut. Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, die sehr gut und leise ist. Es gibt ausreichend Dusch- und Handtücher. Die Badezimmer sind sehr modern, es fehlen nur Ablagemöglickeiten im unteren Badezimmer.Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Der sehr schöne Strand und viele gute Restaurants kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea klappte immer sehr gut. Es könnte mehr Teller und Töpfe geben, dann müsste man nicht so oft den Geschirrspüler anstellen. Gläser, Tassen und Besteck gibt es ausreichend. Der Wäscheständer ist zu klein und es fehlen definitiv Auflagen für die Holzliegen auf der oberen Terrasse. Das sind Dinge, die man sicher ändern kann.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Giovanni, Franca e Beniamino sono persone meravigliose. La loro casa vacanza è semplicemente perfetta per ogni tipo di attività da vacanza ricercata. Oltre alla loro più che completa struttura, chi decide di optare per questa casa vacanza ha tutto il necessario per godersi il tempo speso nel meraviglioso posto da loro organizzato con la beltà negli occhi. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Das Haus ist nicht nur sehr schön eingerichtet, sondern auch hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders angenehm war der private Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft, was den Aufenthalt noch entspannter gemacht hat. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal, um dem Trubel des Alltags zu entfliehen – perfekt für Stadtmenschen, die sich nach einer Auszeit sehnen. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und hygienisch, vom Wohnraum bis hin zum großzügigen, liebevoll gestalteten Garten. Ein großes Plus sind die mit Fliegengittern ausgestatteten Fenster, durch die man die Ruhe genießen kann, ohne sich über Insekten Gedanken machen zu müssen. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich, unkompliziert und jederzeit hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft wärmstens und mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

The apartment had a wonderful cozy-homey feeling, was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and was located in a quite and peaceful part of Gonnesa, with a wonderful view of the hills around. There’s a parking spot right in front of the door, and a balcony to admire the sunset hues. The living room/kitchen gets a lot of sun and the bedroom is below it, keeping the heat out - perfect for summer! Tommaso was responsive, proactive and quick in his communication - we would def recommend it.

Le logement est tres agreable et Elisa a mis en place beaucoup d'éléments qui rendent la vie tres agreable (produits de toilettes, produits vaisselle, lessive...). Tres propre. Le quartier est tres calme. L'emplacement permet de visiter l'île de sant'antoccio et ses criques

Wir haben uns bei Veronica sehr wohl gefühlt, die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, außergewöhnlich sauber und sehr ruhig. Zum sehr schönen Strand Spiaggio Coaquaddus sind es mit dem Wagen nur 7 Minuten. In Sant‘ Antioco gibt es auch interessante archäologische Ausgrabungen und ein sehr schönes Museum. Weiters Highlight ist die nördlich gelegene Insel San Pietro, die in 30 Minuten mit der Fähre zu erreichen ist.

E' stata una esperienza molto positiva e bella, sopra tutto grazie alla posizione dell'immobile situato al centro del paese. L'appartamento è molto comodo, funzionale , pratico e pulito dotato di tutti i confort elencati nel sito. Le spiagge dell'isola sono veramente belle, raggiungibili max nei 30 min, con panorami incantevoli e unici . Daniela è stata molto gentile, riservata e sempre disponibile, consigliandoci ristoranti, spiagge e luoghi da visitare. Ci torneremo sicuramente per beneficiare della tranquillità e della cordialità ricevuta dagli isolani in queste tre settimane trascorse a Sant'Antioco. Grazie ancora Daniela

abbiamo preso l' alloggio di Ivan per andare ad un concerto nella miniera di Serbariu ed era davvero a due passi , con pista ciclabile illuminata di notte .Ivan è stato subito disponibile e gentile a darci tutte le informazioni necessarie , la casa è molto carina, molto pulita e ordinata .

Posizione molto buona! ! La spiaggia piú vicina é raggiungibile comodamente a piedi e le altre a pochi minuti di macchina. Alloggio molto spazioso e ben fornito. Manola ci ha accolto molto gentilmente ed é stata molto disponibile a darci alcune informazioni su Calasetta. Anche se in pieno centro, le camere da letto non affacciano sulla via principale. Ottima esperienza!

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern für zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft. Es hat von Anfang bis Ende alles gepasst: der Ausblick auf die Bucht war gigantisch, die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Fabio hat uns immer schnell zahlreiche Tipps gegeben. Fußläufig konnte man verschiedene Strände erreichen, wenn es auch ein steiler Berg ist, auf dem die Unterkunft liegt (dafür der Ausblick). Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!

L’alloggio era davvero ben pulito e luminoso, oltre che spazioso. Maria ha saputo darmi ottimi consigli su dove andare a mangiare. La presenza del posto auto è molto comoda. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!

Schöne und gepflegte, ländlich gelegene Unterkunft mit ausreichend Platz. Swimmingpool mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Francesco ist sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit und steht bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Auch tägliche Empfehlungen erhält man bei ihm. Die Unterkunft und vor allem die Küche enthält alles was man braucht.

Séjour parfait ! Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs précieux conseils. L’appartement était conforme à nos attentes : bien situé, calme, propre, et parfaitement équipé — il ne manque rien ! La ville est accueillante et pleine de charme, idéale pour passer de très belles soirées. Encore merci pour cette belle expérience !

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

After two weeks of travelling in 3 big cities we were exhausted and needed some rest and quiet. Tony's place was perfect. It is quiet, private and has everything you need. There is supermarket just a few kilometres along the main road, back toward town driving there. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare homecooked meals. It is easy to drive to some picture perfect quiet beaches perfect for swimming and with only few people to share it with you. Also, a lovely drive to Calasetta through picturesque countryside. The beach has a lot of kelp along it but it does NOT smell at all and is a pleasant easy walk. The uninterrupted views and calm waters are fantastic. Towards the back of the house are hills and green countryside. We loved our stay. We loved the reconnection with nature.

L'appartamento è in ottime condizioni, cucina e bagno sono nuovi. Teulada non è un paese strettamente turistico ma ha tutti i servizi necessari e pochi ma buoni ristoranti. E si raggiungono facilmente tante bellissime spiaggie attrezzate e non. Raffaella è disponibile gentile e presente per consigli e indicazioni.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Angelo und Giovanna!! Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, mit einer tollen großen Terrasse. Von dort hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die abendlichen Sonnenuntergänge. Von der Wohnung ist man schnell am Strand und die Gegend in der sich die Wohnung befindet ist auch schön. Der Kontakt zu Angelo und Giovanna war super. Sie haben immer sehr schnell geantwortet und waren super zuvorkommend. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, waren ein paar Küchengegenstände (es gibt keinen Herd, nur eine einzige Kochplatte, Schüsseln) Aber für die paar Tage war es in Ordnung.

L'appartamento di Francesca è molto luminoso, pulito e dotato di ogni attrezzatura. Ci siamo stati d'inverno e si è rivelato caldo e confortevole nonostante le basse temperature eterne. Si trova in posizione comoda, non distante a zone dove è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente.

A casa di Annalisa abbiamo passato giorni fantastici. Una casa in posizione splendida. Nella parte alta del paese, ad un passo dalla torre, a 200 metri dalla spiaggia di Sottotorre. In zona tranquillissima ma vicinissima alla piazza principale del paese ed a tutti i servizi. Casa ristrutturata, pulitissima, molto ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Silenziosissima anche grazie a veneziane ed infissi anti rumore. A disposizione anche attrezzatura per la spiaggia. Annalisa non lascia nulla al caso e gestisce con grande attenzione e cura. Ci ha accolte e ci fornito tutte le indicazione per le spiagge, le attività turistiche locali e del circondario, gli eventi, i servizi, i ristoranti e le attività commerciali. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! Ci siamo sentire come a casa :-).

Stayed for 3 nights in Mauro's apartment. It is very nice and well equipped, perfect for a couple getaway. And the balcony has such a stunning view, in the end you don't feel like leaving. The area is quiet, with easy access to beautiful beaches. Be sure to try the pizzaria 906, the pizzas are great and the view is one that you won't forget.
