Very beautiful 26m² studio renovated in June 2020. The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the historic Genoese city of Ajaccio and access is via a pedestrian street. It is on the 3rd floor accessible by elevator. The location is perfect for everything on foot and by bus. Two car parks (for a fee) are located less than 200 m away for those travelling. Close to Ajaccio's main sites, beaches and lively streets, you can make the most of your stay.

Hi, I offer this accommodation in the heart of the old town of Ajaccio The studio is located in a pedestrian alley. It is quiet as there is no bar or restaurant in the immediate vicinity. It has just been fully renovated. (rented April 2019). The daily market and Tino Rossi Port are 50 meters from the property. The closest beach, Saint François, is 100 meters away. You can do anything on foot from here!

We had a beautiful stay in this apartment that was exactly what we hoped for and more. The location is really great, with the pedestrian street on one side, and a magnificent sea-view on the other. In the evenings there was a really nice atmosphere on the balcony with some city-feeling from the street. The apartment was clean and tidy. Would definitely come back if we ever return to Ajaccio.
