Great place for a family of kitters with kids. The large garden, pool and trampoline delighted our children.

We took Ivan's accommodation to go to a concert in the Serbariu mine and it was really a stone's throw away, with a bike path lit at night. Ivan was immediately available and kind to give us all the necessary information, the house is very nice, very clean and tidy.

Recommended, a quiet area from which you can reach the beaches of the area with short trips. The house enjoys tranquility away from the traffic. We felt right at home.

A really lovely, spacious apartment right on the water! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was such a nice bonus for a long stay. Also a nice that we arrived to welcome gifts from the hosts. Would definitely recommend this place!

The four of us spent two weeks on vacation in the beautiful apartment. Communication was consistently friendly and helpful. The welcome was extremely nice. Stefan was an excellent host who was always available to us with helpful tips throughout the vacation. The house itself was in perfect condition, clean and well furnished. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything you need and the location between two beaches is optimal. For shopping, you can walk to Isabella in about 10 minutes. Porto Pinetto beach and Porto Pino in about 10-15 minutes walking distance. We liked it very much and we appreciated the hospitality very much, we can well imagine coming back. the apartment is just like in the photos at the top of the slope. So remote and quiet. Only those who are good on foot can also go to the wide beach without a car. The nearby village of Sant Anna Arresi is small but nice, with shopping and restaurants.

Magnificent view from terrace and living room/kitchen (glass doors that make the whole panorama visible). We had cold weather in April and were also able to enjoy the magnificent view indoors at the table. Without a car maybe a bit difficult because the high place has steep coast and no private beach. Great for trips to the beautiful and interesting surroundings.

We had a great time. The place was clean and well organized, there is also the possibility of dining in the garden. Free parking next to the house is always available, in a quiet area. The owners are extremely helpful and kind. Great experience

The accommodation was really clean and bright, as well as spacious. Maria was able to give me excellent advice on where to eat. The presence of the parking space is very convenient. Great value for money!

Erica is a special person, available for any request very kind and responsive. Even a very small problem, he solved it in a nanosecond. The photos on the site do not do well as the view of the sea is nothing short of beautiful with sunset views of the island of San Pietro. This apartment is a “cuddle” ideal for 2 people. Very quiet area as it is located on the road without exit and therefore "zero" car traffic. It also has another accommodation below ideal for 4 people (always with sea views) and I think Erica will see her again next year with friends. Calasetta is not Porto Cervo, but in its simplicity I had a great time rediscovering healthy, sincere and very little snobs with a multitude of beaches available that give you the opportunity to adapt to the winds. Location of the strategic apartment since you can enjoy a sea (rocks) at Km 0,200 and beautiful beach (the Saline) at Km 0.800 ... all on foot !!!

Very centrally located apartment with enough space for a larger family. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beach stuff helped us a lot. The view from the terrace is wonderful. The stairs to the terrace take some getting used to , you just have to be a little careful. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Outstanding locartion with an amazing view. The place has everything you need. Our host was a fantastic.This was our best holiday. You are very close to a beach with sand dunes (ideal to see sunsets) and another beach with a bay where you can snorkel and see different fish. The water is crystal clear.

Very nice comfortable residence 8/10 min walk from the beach. Too bad the pool was too cold for the season.

We are delighted with our stay, that's what we expected. A quiet place, superb views, nature close to a small village (in which you find everything nearby, shops, restaurants, post office...), a convenient accommodation that meets the needs of everyday life. We left with our son just 2 years old, it was suitable for him too. Piero is a welcoming, attentive, understanding (he welcomed us despite our late arrival time) and discreet. We really recommend this host and this place on the island.
