We had a fantastic holiday! The apartment was very clean and suitably furnished. We liked the two balconies best, so we always had a warm and a cool place to be outside. We really liked the proximity to the beautiful beaches! Enrico was very helpful with questions. Overall, a wonderful holiday in the dreamlike Sardinia!

We had a wonderful week at this great house. Everything was perfect. The house was clean, well equipped and 100% matched the pictures and description. In addition, the location could not be better: There are several fantastic beaches (both wild beaches and tourist beaches with sun loungers/restaurants/bars) with white sand and turquoise blue, clean water, great pine forests and small authentic shops with local products as well as good restaurants - and all within walking distance of the house. In the house itself, you also enjoy absolute tranquility and, above all, the unobstructed view from the roof terrace over the pine forests to the sea is simply unforgettable. Stefan is the perfect host: super friendly, accommodating and always available for questions and great tips. Thank you for everything - we will definitely be back!

the apartment is just like in the photos at the top of the slope. So remote and quiet. Only those who are good on foot can also go to the wide beach without a car. The nearby village of Sant Anna Arresi is small but nice, with shopping and restaurants.

We stayed at Nicola's AirBnB for 1 week. It is a very cute 2 room apartment, for the two of us it was great. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a north balcony, which you can also use when the sun is on. The apartment is located directly on the beach, but there are nicer beaches from Sardinia. Nevertheless, we enjoyed being able to just walk to the sea in the evening. We had a very nice week and would come back again.

The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. Villa La Caletta is a super nice accommodation, with spacious rooms and very good amenities. The extensive outdoor area invites you to sunbathe and gaze at the stars in several places. A barbecue area is also available. Alberto is a great host who is always available and responds to the wishes of his customers. Our conclusion we will come back

Nice cottage with all necessities, traditional but with enough luxury. We were warmly welcomed even though we arrived late, and got a lot of explanations about the house and surroundings. The rest of the week the owners were not there, but otherwise madre lives in the basement, and she has her own garden. We especially loved the big garden with flowers and lots of places to sit down. There were often sweet cats walking around, very cozy. It was incredibly quiet at night. We used the bikes to discover the many beaches, very convenient. In many places, beach bars were already open, even though it was still pre season. A somewhat larger supermarket is a 15-minute drive away. The walk along the coast on the old Roman road is recommended.

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook for yourself. Had problems with the WiFi, but Patrizia reacted quickly and made it work again. Thank you Patrizia!

Perfect stay! Chiara is a very helpful host and always ready to respond immediately to any request. The apartment is in an ideal location, a stone's throw from the sea, which makes everything even more comfortable and pleasant. The furnishings are carefully designed in perfect "sea house" style, welcoming and relaxing. It was really like feeling at home. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

We had a great stay at Angelo and Giovanna's apartment!! The apartment is nicely decorated, with a great large terrace. From there you have a fantastic view of the evening sunsets. From the apartment you can quickly reach the beach and the area where the apartment is located is also beautiful. The contact with Angelo and Giovanna was great. They always responded very quickly and were super accommodating. The only thing we missed were a few kitchen items (there is no stove, only a single hotplate, bowls) But for the few days it was fine.

I stayed 4 nights in this beautiful apartment, well cared for in the smallest details by Federica, an impeccable host who provided us with very precise instructions to carry out self-check-in in just a few minutes, without time limits. The apartment is clean and well furnished, just as shown in the photos. The area is also perfect for easily visiting the island of San Pietro considering that the ferry departure is just a stone's throw from the house.

Calasetta is a wonderful village on an island that for me is the Italian paradise! Every wish becomes an order, three very kind people always ready to fulfill every need or desire. Great apartment, lots of solutions to make your stay very pleasant! Thank you for everything! 🙏

I spent 2 wonderful weeks, in the name of peace and relaxation, waking up... seeing the sea from the window and a sky brushed by a thousand colors is priceless! The house was impeccable in every aspect, Paola was beautiful and very sweet, she assisted us in everything we needed. Quiet village full of adorable kittens.... for one of them I left mine there💗. Sardinia is a magical land.... I don't know how to explain it.... but when you go there once... you have to go back... forever!... unfortunately work at the moment does not give me this freedom and before another year I will not be able to return... but she is there waiting for us! A big hug to Paola and my furry little guy I couldn't bring with me!
