It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

We 10 members had a wondeful stay at this property . Property amenities is as mentioned in the Photos, we had nice time at swimming pool . Food is the highlight of our stay, Bhagawan is the one who loves to prepare food as per our desire & request. Room maintenenace is also very good, except the first floor last ( Big size) room Airconditioning . It makes noice and not able to generate the enough chillness. AC service to be done. We are sure in our next visit also we will prefer stay in this property only.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

The villa staff—Arman, Anup, and Rahul—were outstanding. They catered to every small need with warmth and professionalism, making us feel truly taken care of. Their attention to detail and service made our experience even more special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay. Beautiful Villa, exactly as advertised. Peaceful neighbourhood, yet well located and close to great restaurants. The villa has a peaceful and friendly vibe. The caretaker Santosh and his wife Laxmi took great care of us . Their attitude was top notch. Highly recommend this villa.

Jay and his partner are truly amazing hosts. They were very accommodating, helpful in all regards and are great people overall. The place was packed with all necessities and some, pretty much anything you would need for the stay. The stairs to the terrace were pretty steep and mosquitoes did like to bite but the view from the terrace was great. One thing to point out was that there is little to no natural sunlight coming into the room from outside and the room with lights off was pitch black, so sleep was always deep and mornings were always slow. Would recommend the stay for the amazing location and awesome hosts ;)

What a superb place, exactly how the pictures described it. Lots of open space, lots of natural light coming in, a great pool and superb house keepers. Shrish did a great job at keeping the place up to date throughout. Only complaint would be that even though the sheets and towels are changed daily they look a bit worn out now. Other than that a great place, close to almost all the popular places (10-15 mins). Will definitely come here again

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The place was exactly as described—clean, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. The location was perfect, close to all the good cafes and beaches but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The host was incredibly kind and responsive throughout, offering great local tips and making sure we were comfortable at all times. The ambiance of the property was just perfect for a Goan escape—great vibe, lovely interiors, and a nice outdoor area to unwind. This stay truly made our trip memorable. The place is a little hard to locate but it is tranquil. An old Portuguese style house with excellent rooms, good natural light and ventilation.

Aman was hands on with his service He was always available and the housekeeping team is absolutely polite and professional. We would love to visit again

We fell in love with this property. The interior is absolutely beautiful. Everything was well kept and labelled. All the necessary toiletries were provided. The place was absolutely clean. The caretaker Badal was one of the sweetest and the kindest caretaker I have come across. He was very responsive and took care of our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we will keep coming back whenever we are Goa!

great place to stay and good amount of space to really land and feel like you can live here. jeveton was also super helpful and a kind host. with a scooter it's a great location for north or south goa.

Literally One minute from the beach and still privacy and surrounded by nature , and also very close to the main road area, The staff and ram are extremely nice and help full :) ( Tip the staff in advance for great service ) and we had great service.and the host Freeda was exceptionally amazing .. great home great job !
