The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — close to the beach, cafes, and local markets, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Marlene's stay is one of the rare gems in Goa. The location was easy to find and the apartment was immaculate. Was more impressive in person than the pictures. Loved all the amenities and services provided. Marlene was also very flexible with the check in times and was a gracious host and helped with everything whenever we contacted her

we stayed for 3 nights everything was upto the mark . Not a single word against this property I personally liked the apartment so much. Sana’s apartment was the perfect base for our Goa trip. The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and shops. Stayed there with family. Loved the peaceful, warm and homely vibe. Calungute and Baga are at walkable distance. Host is very cooperative and helpful.

The place was well located in North Goa. The place was clean. Host were very actively replying to queries. The maid on call was also very good in cleaning. Food delivery options are also very prompt on the delivery.

I recently visited Goa with my family, and staying at Shilpa's home truly felt like a slice of paradise. The place had every amenity we could possibly need, and Shilpa herself was incredibly warm, welcoming, and quick to respond. She even went above and beyond by letting us check in 3–4 hours early, which was a huge help. The room was spotless and cozy, and we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by another charming guest, Kalu the cat! He’s absolutely adorable and such a sweetheart. Our experience with both Shilpa and Kalu was wonderful, and I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. If you're new to Goa, don’t hesitate to ask Shilpa for local recommendations; hers were spot-on and really enhanced our trip.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us
