Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Calabarzon

It was our second time to stay at Andrew’s place and like last year, it never disappoints. House was clean and well kept. Whatever supplies we needed, we were provided. Small issues like the mics for karaoke not working was easy fixed. Gab and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We hope we can come back. Thank you for a great stay in 2 consecutive years!

We had an amazing time. It’s perfect for our family of 9. The beach area was so peaceful and the pool was huge. Angie, the host was very responsive, and Julie too! I would surely be back with my friends. Thanks for accommodating us!

Victoria is a very accommodating and responsive host.All my inquiries and concerns are responded to immediately and she is easy to talk to. I used Redbeach house infanta quezon as the waze pin but we still missed the front gate of the resort. Better use the waze pin Victoria has mentioned and look out for a Red flag. I suggest to have a bigger signage with bigger font that says Redbeach house. the caretakers are very polite and accommodating as well.They graciously prepared us a boodle feast upon our request,so thanks very much. the resort is such a gem! My entire family loved it! it is so big,spacious and clean.the only downside is the water supply on the bidet and showers are not that strong and If you have an electric mosquito/fly zapper,please do bring them as it tends to have lots of flies if you eat outside. overall, the resort is so worth it! It is beachfront, and we were able to enjoy the banana boat offered on the nearby resort. Most of all, it is PET FRIENDLY!!!! 😊😊😊

We had a wonderful stay; one night simply wasn't enough to fully enjoy this place! The kitchen is absolutely a dream, and the house is impeccably maintained. Given the presence of flies, they should provide a fly spray. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back.

Super easy to find, and the host was really nice and responsive. Ate Mary Jane, yhe caretaker was also very accomodating. The place is huge for the price, super sulit! Rooms were cool (literally 😄). Free fruits were a major plus! such a thoughtful gesture :) Only suggestion would be to maybe have thicker blankets since the AC gets pretty cold at night. But overall, highly recommended, and already planning our next trip with the family soon. 10/10! Thanks Sir John!

Michael place is exceptional, our family thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful time, very relaxing and peaceful place . I suggest to wake up early to catch the sunrise. Definitely recommend his place.

Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

I never regret that we stayed at june’s place during the pahiyas festival. It is walking distance to the town plaza plus we had a parking space. Super good location and value for money. It seems like we stayed on a condo even though it is only their roof top. We stayed before with my family that’s why we came back. Perfect stay in lucban area. June is so accommodating. This place is 10/10. Extremely clean Location is right across Greenbelt The building def feels very safe, securities were very vigiland who comes in and out of the building. The bed is very comfortable. The whole apartment is fully equipped. Jules is very responsive whenever help is needed. Highly recommended if you’re in Manila.

The unit is so aesthetically pleasing to the eyes as well as very comfortable. We love the bay view and we were really surprised by how close it is to a lot of tourist spots! I would love to bring my family next time!

This place is so peaceful. It's very nice, clean and comfortable to stay in. It's very affordable and worth the price. Myla was very responsive and kind. I will definitely choose this place when I come back.

Kendra was very accomodating and always responsive. The place had Facial Sheet masks ready for you and it was so peaceful. Booked here for a flight, it's near the airport,but it would take about 20-30minutes before you can book a grab in the morning and only around 20 minutes to get to the airport including traffic, would book this on our next flight since the host was amazing and the room was relaxing

Brian and Jacqueline have always been great hosts to me. The apartment is surprisingly spacious with high ceilings, gorgeous view, comfortable bed and couch, and great shower water pressure. I always try to stay in one of Brian's managed units if I can.

This place was the best. My daughter loved the pool. Cleaning materials provided. I did leave some cups in the sink I was trying to check out in time. Me being honest the building g staff suck. They are dishonest and negative. Which is unrelated to the host and his beautiful home.

This cozy room is beautiful we really like the ambiance and all. And all thanks to jeff who assisted us appreciate it.

We were going to stay at the Grand Hyatt, but we saved $500 and got a truly pleasant, decorated stay with a helpful host.

This was our second time staying here. I booked this for 4 nights during our annual convention. My kids and nannies went with me, hence I needed an apartment style place to stay in. Ruth's place perfectly fit our needs. My kids wanted a place very near the malls, I needed something that's very near EDSA Shangrila Hotel where our convention was held. The place is spotless and I love the fact that it has its own laundry. No need to pack so much and we get to go home with clean clothes. 😊 Hope it's available again same time next year. Hehehe
