Beachfront holiday rentals in Calabarzon

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Dennis’ Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was easy and well-explained, and the place looked even better than the photos. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed—extra towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home. Location-wise, it was perfect. Close to everything I wanted to see and do. Very near the beach and clubhouse. Communication was top-notch—quick responses, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire stay. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommended it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

Just like all the reviews I have read before booking, the place was peaceful. This is exactly what we came for! The water is so still & clear, the place is not crowded even sa weekends ( & kaht maliit lang ang beach frontage), peaceful maybe because ang mga katabi ng place ay private beach houses, walang maiingay na karaoke, well mantained ang place, maraming puno, malinis na cr, pet friendly at hindi makati ang tubig ng dagat pag naliligo (may mga cute jellyfish pero harmless sila!). Although there are some hours that some guests from other resorts na mejo maiingay (dahil mukang enjoy na enjoy sila! hihi) passes by and naliligo din sa location. Note: May right of way passage going to the beach ang mga neighboorhood sa gilid ng resort. At past midnight, nakakabulabog at mejo maingay ang mga dogs pero i think they are like "bantay" sa resort. Overall, the place is very nice! Lalo na sa Sunset! worth coming back! i just hope mgkaroon ng airconditioned rooms for rent in the future!

We booked this place 12 hours before check-in, around 12 to 12:30 am because my family all agreed to go. We arrived around 2pm which is 2 hours later than our checkin time and the place is not yet ready. They let us extend our checkout time the following day since there are no bookings after us, probably because it’s a Monday. The place is near public market and stores so you can buy anything you need. The booking was spontaneous but our stay was so good! Thank you so much po! 🤍

The location gives a direct access to the beach. The house is perfect for our entire family. Although it was only a two-day stay, the children enjoyed so much and had a blast. Shachi communicated well and provided us heads -up about checking in. We recommend to anyone and would definitely return.

We loved our visit so much we decided to stay a few more months. The apartments are spacious and clean with everything you need. The view is amazing, there's lots of privacy, and it feels safe and comfortable. The hosts are extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend having your own scooter to get around with, though, because theres lots to see and do while you're there!

Everything was perfect. Amy is a great host. She helped us with our transportation arrangements as well as local knowledge and diving. The unit was very nice and private. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Everything about our stay was truly enjoyable! The two things I appreciate the most is how complete the kitchen was and also the strong water pressure especially in the shower!

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

To start with Angelica and Eric is both responsive. After I booked the place there were changes in our itinerary Angelica went out of her way to help us check for other options and rooms to accommodate all our guests. When we arrived at their place everything was as described, Eric was so helpful and provided clear instructions which made everything so easy. During our stay there were questions and both of them responded right away. To top it off Angelica bought a new karaoke for us a day before our check out because the existing karaoke mic is not working. I mean what a generous host? Very worth it, not just the place but the service from both hosts is superb not to mention the bubbly Angelica who's truly an Angel. Thank you for making my seniors enjoy their stay. Very comportable place, overlooking views. For me this is highly recommended place to stay. Meet my expectation both photos and actual place. We had a great and memorable staycation with my family. We had a truly wonderful stay at Jo’s Place – Blue Beach House in Lian! The property was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for our group. The interiors were charming and homey, with all the essentials provided—from comfortable beds and clean bathrooms to a well-equipped kitchen and cozy lounging areas. What made the experience extra special was the beach access just a few steps away. We enjoyed watching the sunset, taking morning walks, and having fun by the shore. The outdoor spaces were perfect for both relaxation and bonding time. Jo and the caretakers were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. They made sure everything was in place and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended for families, barkadas, or anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

I have to say that this place far exceeded our expectations. If you have any interest whatsoever in what's inside the ocean, this is the place you absolutely must visit. Get a pair of the provided snorkeling and life vest and kayak gear, and you are minutes away from sticking your head in the best aquarium you've ever seen in your life, except it's as big as the ocean. Every member of staff is all too willing to help you have a more comfortable stay, help you explore the ocean, and help you have the best possible time. Photographs are a perfect representation of your stay, and if you are at all interested in what you see you will not be disappointed. My family and I had an outstanding time.

Although we arrived so early and couldn't check in yet, the hosts allowed us to leave our luggages first. The place is really clean and spacious. The hosts were very accommodating! They gave us directions to a good lomi house and even helped us hail a tricycle commute to our next destination. We had a great stay!

Great place for big groups. Everyone can sleep comfortably. Had all the amenities listed and more. Ms. Juliana was very considerate and accommodating. Ms. Susan and Ms. Jacqueline were also very helpful during our stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your place.

Everything was perfect until we went to the beach. We got stung by jellyfish within less than 5 mins when we got there. The sand was dark so its hard to even notice. Just be aware of the season maybe? You can ask the guards cause they know, they just didn't inform us before it happened. Good thing the house has its own pool! Very convenient since the clubhouse pool is packed. House is really nice. Every area has its own ac unit which made our stay very comfortable. The house also has its own ice machine! Hope drinking water will also be provided but overall really nice stay. Thank you to the hosts and to ate Marilyn who even borrowed an air pump for us to use for the floaters we brought.

Very clean place, bathrooms are all big, the common area upstairs was chef’s kiss especially during sunset. Place was very spacious and comfortable. The owner is also very responsive. Check in and out times are very generous. They also allowed us to check in 2hrs earlier.

There's steps going to the cottage so it's hard on guests with wheelchairs and seniors that's hard to walk. But the cottage is in good location @ front of the beach. Very helpful caretakers. Highly Recommended
