House holiday rentals in Caelian Hill

Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Sohn und 2 Hunden für 3 Wochen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Alessandro hat eine detaillierte Website erstellt, wo man jegliche Informationen für die Umgebung, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Verkehr, Attraktionen und vieles mehr entnehmen kann. Falls man trotzdem Hilfe brauchte, wurde einem sofort geantwortet. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und der Garten ist wunderbar zum Entspannen aber auch zum Spielen und toben. Eine schöne ruhige Lage aber es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und man ist auch schnell in Rom. Sehr liebevolle Gastgeber und eine tolle Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Wir hatten alle eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. Great location in safe and quiet area - walking distance to Piramide metro stop and 5 minute walk to train station with easy connections to and from Fiumicino Airport. 15 minute walk to Circo Massimo and Aventine Hill with lots of restaurants close by. Apartment was clean and tidy. Great shower! Quick and clear communication from host. Would definitely recommend.

The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. We visited Rome for five days. The location of the apartment is just perfect.We took the train from the airport.The apartment was just a few minutes walk from the train station.The first two days we chose to do our exploration by foot.The location takes you straight to interesting areas.When we wanted to explore areas further away we took the tram just around the corner from the apartment.We had most of our dinners in the Trastevere area.A charming area with big selection of restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc.The short walk home was perfect. The apartment is just as described.The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the terrace was just amazing.We didn’t use the kitchen much, but looked like it was well equipped.The interior is cute and treats you with nice details here and there. Celeste is a very thoughtful and helpful host.She replies without delay and offers good tips if needed. I strongly recommend this stay and hopefully it’s available for me when I return.

Location was excellent. Walkable area with great restaurants (thanks to Letizia for the recommendations) and lots to see and do! Clean apartment, easy check-in thanks to clear instructions. Would recommend staying here! Grazie!

Très bon séjour chez Greta avec un accueil amical et chaleureux☺️ Le studio est parfait en amoureux avec climatisation et patio bien agréable pour finir paisiblement ses journées de visites! Un peu excentré de Rome Ms parfait pour sortir justement de la masse touristique Le trajet pour le centre de Rome se fait en tram ou en bus et à pied il nous faut 40 min pr arriver au Colisée ce qui nous donne aussi l’occasion de decouvrir Rome autrement! Le quartier est vraiment chouette avec des bars et restaurants qui proposent des formule déjeuner et petit déjeuner à prix très attractifs! Merci Greta de nous avoir partager cette location Adresse à retenir!!

Ginevra’s apartment was lovely!! It has a lovely courtyard with lemon trees and places to relax. The decor of the apartment is beautiful and the beds and linens were pristine. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and we were even welcomed with some juice/water and treats. (Thank you!) Also the bathrooms (2) were very clean and the showers lovely. The location of the apartment is not in the ancient part of the city but buses and trains are close and with good shoes the walk to the Vatican is doable. The neighborhood is not great (compared to the more touristy areas) but again it’s easy to get around and go to the other areas of the city and we felt very safe. Communication with the hosts was great. Would definitely recommend as it was a lovely retreat after long days of exploring for my family of 3.

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

We chose Maria's to be close to our older son who travelled with a group of university boys. It ended up being directly opposite their accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed him being able to come over and spend nights with us comfortably. The house was the epitome of luxury with the exquisite decor EVERYWHERE!! All 4 rooms ensuite were a home-away-from- home experience we absolutely enjoyed. The slight adjustments needed with hot water and the TV at check-in, were dealt with by the technician and made our 4-day stay a fantastic experience. I had a few friends stop over and was very proud to show them the place. As to recommending this location in the future, I have started to already and will continue to do so. Wir hatten sehr schöne drei Tage in Rom. Giorgia ist super sympathisch, antwortet schnell und hilft direkt, wenn es Probleme gibt. Ihre Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und liegt optimal, sodass man ganz einfach mit Bus und Bahn ins Zentrum von Rom kommt. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und geben unsere besten Empfehlungen!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement. L’appartement est calme et joliment décoré. La localisation est très pratique pour visiter la ville sans être dans le centre touristique. Et merci à Sara pour sa disponibilité.

ich habe 3 Nächte hier verbracht und war begeistert! Die Wohnung ist modern, gemütlich, geräumig und ruhig. die Lage ist top, Garbatella ist ein sehr cooles Viertel, charmant, authentisch, mit vielen guten Restaurants und Cafés in Gehweite. Noch dazu ist die Gegend ruhig, was nach einem hektischen Tag im Zentrum goldeswert ist. man kann mit offenen Fenstern schlafen, ohne Verkehrslärm! zugleich ist die Wohnung aber ordentlich sehr gut zu erreichen. ums Eck fährt der 716 Bus, mit dem man direkt zur Piazza Venezia kommt, die Ubahn Station ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen (den Weg dorthin kann man mit einem feinen Frühstück/Kaffeestopp verbinden :) ). von der Ubahn Garbatella kommt man dann direkt zum Kolosseum, Termini, nur 1 Station entfernt ist die Basilica San Paolo.. ich war inzwischen schon das 9. Mal in Rom, nie hab ich die Lage, die Gegend und die Wohnung selbst so toll gefunden.

We LOVED this stay in Rome! Located in a very accessible area, close walking and plenty of public transportation options. We thought the stay was perfect for 2 in the city.

Before arriving, we made arrangements for an airport pickup. We arrived and had some trouble finding our driver . I messaged in the app very early that morning ( before 6 am) and got an almost instant response . They checked on it and made sure we got there . After arriving very early in the morning we also were able to check in early - we had our one years old and 3 year old , so this was extremely helpful. Very grateful ! Great place, very central and helpful accommodating hosts.
