Beautiful location, directly on the water. Cottage is part of a group of cottages with shared recreational space. Lots to do. Great for family or friend gatherings. The place is pretty isolated so bring all that you need. Volleyball, basketball, pickle ball, small zip line, lots of boats to use. Kitchen was well stocked. Host was very accommodating.

We rented Nikhil's place for my wife and I and my 2 son's families while we were in town to hold a celebration of life for my parents. The place was a great accommodaion and met all our needs. The 2 living spaces gave lots of room for us to spread out. The room overlooking the bay was bright with so many windows. We wish the weather was more favorable to be able to enjoy the outdoor space, it looked like it would have been a treat. Everything was clean and well stocked...we lacked for nothing. Highly recommended!

Fantastic setting! The place was clean and very well equipped, we lacked nothing. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Wonderful clean lake and fun to explore with their kayaks. We found the indoor space a little tight (family of 5 adults), the rooms were small but comfortable. The outdoor space was phenomenal, lots of sitting areas, fire pits and we enjoyed the hot tub! It is not good for people with reduced mobility however. There are lots of stairs!

We had an Incredible stay at this cottage. The place was sparkling clean and the host was excellent. The area is quiet and perfect for an outdoorsy weekend with family. The hot tub and fireplace were such a bonus, and the lake was perfect. I definitely recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a cozy weekend getaway!

Great place to stay for a getaway! Hot tub was lovely and got use of the kayaks. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed and lots of dishware. Don't forget your dishwasher pods/laundry soap and your own spices if you're cooking.

We loved our stay with our family and four legged friends! Great location close to our family and easy travel to Elgin for food and Westport for shops and Brewery!

This cottage was an absolute gem for our family getaway! We were looking to truly disconnect and immerse ourselves in nature, and this place delivered perfectly. We loved the "off-grid" feeling and the profound quiet. While the May weather was a bit cool, we saw it as a plus – fewer bugs to bother us! The hot tub was a wonderful treat, and we spent lovely evenings around the fire pit. The kids had a blast exploring the tree-lined path to the dock, where they enjoyed fishing. Inside, comfort was key: the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen was impressively equipped with all the cooking tools one could need. To top it all off, the hosts were very responsive and helpful. This is a beautiful home, and we'd wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.

We had an amazing stay at the Mellow Yellow Cottage! We are a family of four and invited my parents. The Cottage was so clean, spacious and had a lot of personality. We all left happy and relaxed! The kitchen is renovated and had every appliance, dish and utensil we could have needed and more. We spent loads of time on the water and on the dock. I was grateful for the qty and variety of water “toys”. My 9 year old and 16 year old were kept busy. The fire pit was used every night as was the pool table. It was quiet and private and was the perfect tranquil escape for your family. It was nice to have grocery stores and restaurants within 15 -20 min. The visit to Kingston for a few hours was also enjoyable. Overall amazing stay, highly recommend for families of varying ages. Host was engaged and proactive.

It was a last minute decision that worked out well. It was located within walking distance of the family home and right next to the coffee shop. There was enough room for the four occupants and it was very clean.

Working in travel healthcare, location is so important to me. This cabin is located within 10 minutes of the hospital and located in a beautiful part of Watertown. Looking out the kitchen window to catch a sunrise and the deer in the back were a nice bonus. Rooms and beds were nice and exactly represented the pictures. I would definitely recommend this for anyone visiting the area.

We highly recommend Dylan’s idyllic lakefront place as it allowed us to enjoy a thoroughly relaxed Memorial day weekend with our adult children. While the well equipped kitchen, ample games and TVs with streaming enabled us to perfectly enjoy indoor activities when it was raining, the choice of spectacular, tranquil views and kayaking on the water was too irresistible to stay in for too long. Thank you Dylan for recommending local activities/places to explore. Hiking in Rock Dunder was truly amazing, and the Rideau canal locks were interesting. Thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the outdoor grill and bug free option to enjoy the patio. The home is perfect for a family or group that doesn’t mind sharing one bathroom. Would love to visit again, especially knowing that Dylan may be adding improved space/bathroom to his home.

If your looking for beautiful scenery and beautiful, peaceful environment this is the place. Ellen is a very responsive host. I would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Absolutely spectacular. Hidden gem! If you are looking for something private but still within a 15-20minute drive to groceries this is the place to stay! You won’t be disappointed. Comfortably holds a family of 6! We had an absolute blast! Stunning property and open concept cottage. Lots of natural light and gorgeous view from the living room! The dock and wrap around deck were absolutely beautiful to enjoy for sunrise and sunset! 2 hour drive to Ottawa and 2 hours to Gatineau National Park! Highly recommend the drive into Gatineau park! And Pink Salmon trail! If you have fur babies, this park is very restricted due to the sensitive eco system! Really cute shops and restaurants in downtown Ottawa and in Gatineau Park! We absolutely will be coming back (: Thank you Rachael for being an incredible host! Very responsive to requests and very accommodating !

This is a lovely house in a beautiful location! Lots of things to do outside and fully equipped kitchen and large bedrooms inside. The only issue (and it's clearly stated in the description) but not having a washing machine was definitely a drawback. We enjoyed our time and could have stayed longer!

I can't say how much I enjoyed my stay. Barb and Kim's place was so, so cozy, private and peaceful. The location on a dead-end road was perfect for privacy. The furniture and bed were cushy and comfortable. I simply loved the decor...felt right at home. Barb and Kim's responses to a few questions that I had were prompt and so courteous. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will most definitely be back! Thank you for everything!...and the nice touch with the birthday treats.

Wonderful place. Only complaint was parking. But we absolutely positively recommend this place.

The place is just a few minutes drive from Gananoque, where you can go for 1000 Island cruise, and many nice restaurants in the area. And just few minutes away our stay is surrounded by nature. Really hope that we had a chance to stay longer!

The cottage was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Waterfront has a nice dock and lots of fish in the lake. The outdoor fire pit and outdoor bbq are also great. We had an amazing time there!

We needed to get away for a few days for some R&R with peace & quiet and this spot did all that. From the moment we booked the trip until the day we left Carol was there when we needed her (which luckily we never really had to reach out). Check in was easy, the cottage was perfect. It was clean, had plenty of blankets, towels & even had shampoo/conditioner & body wash. She gifted us a bottle of wine in the fridge, nice & cold & ready to drink. The views when you walked in the door took our breath away - a picture window with views of the lake. Outside we found plenty of seating and fire pit with wood provided. Nice set of stairs to go down to the water. The bed, daybed & furniture were comfortable. We had fans to us if needed. We basically stayed & enjoyed the property with a fire going & just took in the quietness. We have promised ourselves that we will be back at least 1x a year, thankfully we are only two hours south. Stayed in early spring. Lots of books, games, movies to entertain. Internet was fast and reliable. Wood stove kept the cottage cozy. To cold to swim etc. Parents with small children be aware the path to the lake is steep with no railing. Overall loved the stay. Planning another in the fall.
