Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

If you are debating booking this property just DO IT! Olga was the absolute sweetest host and showed us around the villa when we checked in. I had another property booked for months on Airbnb and they cancelled with less than 24 hours when I was already in France. Olga accommodated our last minute booking and literally saved our trip. The villa is a rare Airbnb where the photos truly don’t do it justice- it’s even more beautiful in person. The views are breathtaking and my children LOVED the pool. Olga even provided pool toys and there’s a mini trampoline on the property and so kid friendly. My kids didn’t want to leave to go to Nice and we just loved our stay in Menton

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Nicolas is nice, and the house is lovely, I would greatly recommend if you want to spend some time with friends ans family by the pool :)

A beautiful apartment in the middle of nature, surrounded by olive and lemon trees. Very clean, kitchen very well equipped and nice seating outside. Mosquito screens on the windows are very practical. Carlo was a very attentive and friendly host. We will be happy to come back.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

- Overall: Very satisfied with the stay. - Space: There were two of us and we had more than enough space. There is enough space for a couple and children, but probably not enough for 2 couples. The "main" bed on the upper floor is rather narrow. - Location: Very quiet location, secluded on the slope, but neighbors who you can sometimes hear in the garden during the day. In the evening, you can hear frogs croaking. Approximately 20 minutes by car to Nice and 5 minutes to the village of Tourette-Levens, where there is a Spar, a bakery and 3-4 restaurants. Approximately 30 minutes by car to Monaco. Parking available. - Cleanliness: Everything is very clean. Enough towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, shampoo, etc. available. - Hostess: Very friendly and passionate. Even proactively bought croissants and brought them by on the first morning. Judith ensures maximum privacy for guests. - Pool: Large pool, filled with salt water (little salt), enough space for 4-5 people. - Minus points: outdoor shower by the pool and the WLAN have

We had a wonderful time at Elena's AirBnB. Although the place is a little off the beaten path (2.3 km drive over a narrow road), that's what makes for its charm and charm. You live in the middle of nature and have a phenomenal view of the mountains. We were able to experience a lot with our two dogs during our week hiking holiday and had a great time.

Our stay at Laurent’s place certainly met our expectations. We would strongly recommend experiencing it. There were very nice additional touches - like a welcoming bottle of wine and fresh flowers.

A magical view! It’s just outside the hustle and bustle of Menton, but you can still hear the waves from the beach at night. We spent hours watching the super yachts in the bay and the people on the beach. It’s a strenuous walk back up the hill but completely worth it knowing that that view awaits you.

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Corrado welcomed us very warmly upon our arrival at Casa Teresa. For our first day of vacation, there was, among other things, home-grown olive oil, limoncello and focaccia. We lacked nothing. The apartment was a real hit and we could reach Corrado at any time with questions. The folder with the great recommendations for beaches, activities, restaurants and very good ice cream was also great for exploring the beautiful surroundings. He was on site several times and we found it exciting to exchange ideas with him. An absolute, warm recommendation - we will be back.

Casa Renata is a special place, as well as a charming house. It was perfect for us: we were looking for a quiet place where we could work remotely in the morning, and then relax immersed in nature, in the hills or by the sea. The house has been renovated with great taste, attention to detail and a clear aesthetic vision. The spaces, both internal and external, are well distributed and make the house extremely comfortable and welcoming. It should be noted that access may be a bit challenging for those with mobility difficulties, due to the climb and the pebbled ground that leads to the house.

Very nice for nature lovers who are sure-footed hikers in mountainous terrain. For those who want to try and enjoy a simple life, have a soft spot for natural stone walls and natural stone houses and want to experience the atmosphere in them, this accommodation is an absolute hit. Willingness to improvise is advantageous. All this with very friendly, attentive and helpful hosts.

Very nice cottage with loving furnishing details and a magnificent view! Delicious bakery/pâtisserie around the corner, good restaurants/bars within walking distance. Very close to the Imeria-Sanremo bike path. As a family, the passage bedrooms were not a problem. Very nice neighbor who looked after the house and helped us understand the garbage system:). Definitely worth a trip.

A gem in the middle of nature facing the sea in a very beautiful property The owners are lovely, always taking care of us and listening to us, The house is arranged with great taste, small touches everywhere!! I was lucky enough to enjoy this soothing place and I was able to recharge, the view is splendid!! Thank you to Mario and Louana for their hospitality!!

We had an unforgettable week in Cristina’s beautiful home, which is fantastically located in the center of Sanremo. The house is very clean, comfortable, with many things you might need. The huge private garden is simply magnificent, I enjoyed watering the plants near the house early in the morning or late in the evening. From Cristina’s home it is easy to walk to the center, to the beach, and also very easy to get out of the city to visit the many interesting places around Sanremo, as well as in France, Monaco. Communication with Christina is very easy. Our highest recommendations for this property. We would be happy to return in the future.

Umberto gave us a friendly welcome and was always open and available for questions. The property is very quiet and you have a beautiful view of Imperia and the harbor. The size of the property is also more than sufficient, especially recommended for dogs. All in all, it was great. The really only downside is the beds, which in our opinion are unfortunately not suitable for someone with a sensitive back. Otherwise clear recommendation :)

Gorgeous garden to relax in. Nice layout.

We felt very comfortable in the house. The house is very clean and spacious. There is everything you need. Rosario got us a little something to eat on the first day and brought a homemade cake. That was very friendly and accommodating! The garden is very idyllic, when it's dark, you can watch the fireflies wonderfully. The road to the house is very narrow and bumpy, typically Italian :-) The location is very quiet, the house is in the countryside, there are no neighbors. You are totally on your own and you can relax well. We recommend the accommodation on the one hand because it is very well maintained and beautiful and on the other hand because Rosario is a great host!
