Apartment holiday rentals in Burj Khalifa Lake

We had an amazing stay with FNS’s! The apartment was modern, clean, and fully equipped, but the highlight was the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa — especially beautiful at night. The location is ideal: there’s a small shop nearby, and Dubai Mall is just a 5-minute walk away. Another big plus was the beautiful pool in the building — perfect for relaxing after a day out. Despite being in the city center, the apartment was peaceful and quiet. Check-in was smooth, and communication with FNS’s was excellent. We really appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and complimentary coffee and tea. We’re very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend FNS’s to anyone visiting Dubai. Would definitely book again!

Worth every penny PERIODT. This place was immaculate it was the best Airbnb I think I have ever stayed at since I’ve started using the app for 10 years. Host was super cool and responsive we got a chance to meet Frank at the pool who was super friendly and gave us local recommendations. I look forward to the next stay. Thanks you for making my first time in Dubai an experience I’ll never forget.

Everything is perfect

The room in Dubai was amazing! Super clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect too close to everything we needed. But honestly, what made the stay even better was the host. Super friendly, always available if we had any questions, and just made us feel really welcome. I’d 100% stay here again without thinking twice. Totally recommend!

I would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Dubai. I had a great experience at this apartment. It has all the essentials you need, feels like you’re at home, and is very clean. There is a high amount of choices for entertainment in the apartment alone, including free Netflix, PS5, and fast internet. The place is also great. It is in the middle of downtown, which is great for visiting places. Lastly, it has a high capacity and can fit 6 people, which is great for a family with up to 4 children.

Perfect accommodation for 3 people. Clean and with all the essentials at your disposal. Great view from the bedroom as well as the pool. It's easy and quick to get to all the activities you can do in Dubai. We'll be right back.

The moment we arrived, everything was smooth, well-organized, and exactly as described. The apartment was beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was close to major attractions, yet private. We had a wonderful stay at Kabene’s place. The home was exactly as described—stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy linens. Kabene was a thoughtful and responsive host, making check-in smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed. Just 1 word AMAZING

The place was amazing, Ruslan's instructions were excellent and the car parking a breeze. The area is incredible with Time Out Market just over the way and the Burj and stuff right on the doorstep. The apartment was pristine, amazing bed with bathrooms and kitchen spotless. Amazing views from the balcony and access to pool and gym easy to find, there is also a games room, steam room there too. Take three plus nights as its so nice to potter around the area and in the apartment rather than just an overnight stay. We will be booking again in the winter breaks for sure and will always use the place for any family that visit. Thank YOU !!!

This apartment in the heart of Dubai Marina was everything it said it was. Its location could not have been better, close to all transport links, metro and tram, and just a 15 minute walk to the beach at JBR. The apartment itself was superb with all the facilities you could ever need. We will definitely be coming back here again soon. Thank you Naushad.
