Great apartments in the heart of Dubai! Very clean, good apartment condition, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable mattresses, fresh snow-white linen, pleasant aromas in all rooms. The building has a large swimming pool and a spaceous gym. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the city. Shops, coffee shops and restaurants are within walking distance, as well as Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Special thanks to Propigo team! Perfect organization of the meeting and departure. Representatives are always in touch and ready to help. On our next trip to Dubai, we will be happy to stay in these apartments.

We booked this place based on the reviews and it is worth the stay. The apartment is exactly infront of dubai mall and has a clear view of Burj Khalifa and other tall towers from all its rooms. The place was clean and ready when we entered. The host Busola was always ready to help for any enquiries or things over chat. Entry was smooth and everything was explained in detail over chat which made it easier to access the place. It has all the amenities like washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, hair dryer, iron table, bath tub, balcony swing, TV, microwave and what not. Everything was working as expected and we stayed for 4 days without any hassle or issues. It's a place where you should definetly stay once.

This apartment is certainly worth a 5 star rating! Check in, location, the apartment itself and the host were perfect. Very spacious for a 1 bedroom. The apartment is fitted with all your basic needs. The gym and swimming pool very clean and well equipped. Centrally located in Dubai where you can ride the Metro, catch a taxi or drive with ease anywhere in Dubai. Highly recommend this apartment. Perfect for a couple. Hedi was extremely responsive and had great local suggestions. The apartment view of fountain is incredible. Dubai mall and fountain is just 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Truly in the heart of Dubai. Apartment is very cosy and neat. Loved the stay.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The hosts offer 24-hour service, ensuring that every aspect of your experience is enjoyable. When my wife needed an extra pot for cooking, the staff promptly arranged for additional pots to be delivered right on time for her to prepare dinner, which I thought was fantastic. The views from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking. I will certainly book this place again! Lest I forget, the amenities were as advertised and kids friendly too. Worth every penny spent.

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.
