Beautiful place. Has an amazing view. The mall is literally a stone throw away and we had a great time. Yuri is such an amazing host and we are definitely going back to that place!

I stayed in so many different places in Dubai but this was by far the best I’ve ever seen. You have a great view from everywhere. Everything was completely clean and if I had any questions I got an answer within minutes. Will come back for sure!

My experience at Kiran's place was absolutely fantastic From the moment I checked in, everything was seamless and well-organized. Kiran's communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful, making me feel welcomed even before arriving. The apartment was exactly as described—luxurious, modern, and impeccably clean. The breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa from the private balcony were truly unforgettable. The space was thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I could need, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. The location was unbeatable, offering direct access to Dubai Mall via an indoor walkway, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The building amenities, like the infinity pool and gym, added an extra layer of luxury to the experience. Overall, Kiran's place exceeded my expectations and was worth every dirhams. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Downtown Dubai

I booked the Airbnb for the beautiful view and it looks exactly the same as the photos! I’m also very grateful for the host who answered any of my queries ASAP! Thank you guys once again

This apartment has just breathtaking views. It's located in Downtown Views II, just opposite the Dubai Mall. It has clear views from the ground to top of Burj Khalifa. The apartment is located on high floor giving you the luxury vibe. The apartment is very clean. The host Ibrahim is the best, we faced some Air Conditioning issues on our checkin, but Ibrahim made sure to get it fixed on the same day. This apartment feels more like a home now. Looking forward to stay here again!

Found this gem while I was looking round for apartment in JVC. Look way better in real life than in pictures! Responsive host always reply me when I have any questions. 2 blocks away from Circle mall and literally straight out into the main road. Already looking to book for next visit 😭😭

The only place we could find with a clear view of Burj Khalifa like right in front of it as close as possible. Great place to stay with a grocery store just downstairs.

Location of excellent, walking distance to the mall, the property was very clean from the reception,Ferhat’s apartment exceeded our expectations . The pictures didn’t do it justice, it felt like home with all necessities, pristine and comfortable. Ferhat responded promptly and respectful to our queries . definitely booking with him again on our next visit to Dubai

Magnifique apparemment idéalement situé à 10 minutes du Burj Khalifa et du dubai mall 😍 Vraiment propre, très pratique avec la machine à laver et surtout la piscine de la résidence qui est bien fraîche et superbe. What really stood out was the warm hospitality and quick communication. Zay Staycae team was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience. I would like to thank Sadath very much for everything. Even though we arrived early, he insisted on preparing the apartment quickly. This is due to his kindness and professionalism. The apartment is wonderful, it even looks better than the pictures. We spent a relaxing week there. Of course, its location is one of the best in Downtown Dubai.

The place was amazing, Ruslan's instructions were excellent and the car parking a breeze. The area is incredible with Time Out Market just over the way and the Burj and stuff right on the doorstep. The apartment was pristine, amazing bed with bathrooms and kitchen spotless. Amazing views from the balcony and access to pool and gym easy to find, there is also a games room, steam room there too. Take three plus nights as its so nice to potter around the area and in the apartment rather than just an overnight stay. We will be booking again in the winter breaks for sure and will always use the place for any family that visit. Thank YOU !!!

I would 100% stay here every time. The room had amazing views. The pool was mesmerizing. The host was super nice and quick to respond with anything needed. I’d recommend anyone visiting Dubai to stay here!
