Holiday rentals with lake access in Bur Dubai

Zilal was very responsive. We asked for cleaning supplies and he immediately provided us with them. The area is great for families with a play area just around the corner.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The private pool was a real highlight—clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth. Check-in was easy and friendly, which made us feel welcome right away. Zilola’s place is excellent — very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use, which made cooking convenient during our stay. Zilola is a very responsive host and was always quick to assist us when needed. She also kindly helped us supplement some necessary kitchenware and other essentials. Highly recommended.

Perfect place away from home.

Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. We would definitely go back Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely home 😊

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful condo in Dubai! The first thing that took my breath away was the view—absolutely spectacular. Whether it was sunrise, sunset, or the dazzling city lights at night, the scenery from the windows was like something out of a movie. Inside, the space was just as impressive. The condo was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had a very warm, cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home from the moment I walked in. The bed was super comfortable, the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and everything I needed was thoughtfully provided The location was also fantastic—close to everything, but quiet enough for a peaceful escape. The host was responsive and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. If you're looking for a memorable stay in Dubai with unbeatable views and a comfortable vibe, this is the place. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the metro, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. It’s a very convenient area for both business and leisure travelers. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything I needed for a smooth and pleasant stay. Nikola was fantastic — very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the booking and stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, which made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Great space. Great location. Super responsive host.

Recommended. Very good value for the money. Top location Dubai Mall within walking distance (aquarium / ice skating/fountains / Burj Kalifa / Hop on Hop off start) just ask for the way at the reception (we recommend getting out in the parking garage on the 5th floor😉) supervised large pool, very good gym and two playgrounds covered with sailing, supermarket within walking distance with everything you need. Images correspond to the circumstances. We always got a taxi <10 minutes. Host is always very responsive. We stayed in the apartment with our 5-year-old daughter for 7 days and enjoyed the opportunity to have breakfast or cook in the apartment, eat in the mall in the restaurant or food court or just on the go on excursions. Since you are in the middle of Dubai on the 17th floor, it is also inevitable to hear the traffic of the city (even with closed windows) but ok for us, but there is a side view of Burj Khalifa including the light show😉.

It was our first time in Dubai, so we was exicted how Things would go after arriving. Big thanks to Wael from vacationer holiday! Thanks to him everything went easy and stressles. He wrote us before our arrival and gave us all the infos we needed. When we arrived He was waiting us by the building and showed and explained everything to us. He gave us good advises for Things we was asking and during our stay he was responding within 10 minutes If we needed a information or a hint for Things with the flat or the area. The flat was extraordinay clean and everything what you need for a week vacation mixed with Business you will find there. We felt like coming in a second home. WHO need a Hotel If you can have this amazing huge Apartment. If you need breakfast or dinner inside, Just order 1 of the 100 Delivery Apps and they will Bring it directly to your door. So we would book this again and again.

Felix is an amazing host and his property is one of the best in Dubai marina. Very well maintained apartment with amazing Panoramic views of the marina with excellent facilities like pool etc made our stay into a memorable one.
