Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bundoora

The unit is super close to the train station and to the trams. 2 blocks away is Brunswick Baths, highly recommend. The unit was peaceful, minimal noises/sounds, clean. The ambiance was great, indoor plants and outdoor plants on the balcony made the place feel super inviting. Another 2 blocks there is a shopping centre with all the shops. Lots of restaurants around. Will come again.

Cathy's place was warm, clean, quiet and comfortable. She had taken the trouble is make sure we had what we needed for a stay of a few days. The location was great as it was close to shops, parks and public transport. Entry and access were easy and Cathy sent detailed information. I would definitely want to return.

Stayed 2 nights at Allan and Elizabeth’s listing. The place was as per photos and felt very clean and fresh. Host was kind to get the heating turned on for us before we arrived as it was a cold day. We chose this area as it was in close proximity to the massive Chadstone shopping centre and is between Melbourne and Phillip Island (penguins). Overall a very pleasant and easy stay. Do note to request for self check-in if required as we had the host wait up for us and we felt really bad!

Great place to stay and a great area, close enough to the city, whilst offering more peaceful surroundings. Close to public transport and other amenities. Carmen was a great host and always responsive. Check in was easy and the place was comfortable, what more could you ask for :)

I knew it would be noisy with the traffic and the train, it never worried me at all. My husband didnt sleep from the noise. Oh well lol. Where we are from all we hear are crickets and birds so I loved the busy noise for a change. Apartment was great, in great spot, so easy to check in and out. We ate out so didnt use kitchen etc. Great cafe across the street for breakfast. If I had to say a bad word it would be the towels. They are thin and worn. We enjoyed our stay at Bo"s place. It was great..

This place is perfect and comfortable. So accessible and modern, close to the Fitzroy action and heaps of pubs. Bedroom was so quiet and the kitchen and lounge was so spacious. Highly recommended.

Peaceful and picturesque home in beautiful Ivanhoe, great place to base yourself for easy walking to local restaurants, shops and public transport. Very responsive hosts who were more than happy to offer assistance if needed. Highly recommend for couples.

We had a wonderful week staying in this Airbnb for the F1, lots of space for our group of 5 people. 5min walk to the train. Great kitchen and outdoor space, the renovation is very nice. I think the space was better in real life! Would definitely stay again if in Melbourne 😊

Tash was a most wonderful host. The place was so neat and clean and amply stocked for what was a most comfortable stay. Tash was responsive, helpful and always available. It was no less than hotel quality comfort and amenities with the added advantage of a personal touch and homely atmosphere. Truly a superhost! Our best wishes and high recommendation.

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

We absolutely loved our stay and were grateful to call this wonderful apartment “home” if only for one night! The host was very responsive and friendly, making us feel supported and welcome. The thorough instructions provided made check-in and check-out easy and stress free. The central location was perfect for our needs and I would love to stay again future. What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

Peter was communicative from the initial reservation to final check out; from walking through the apartment door and seeing the stunning view to every part of the visit we were happy with our visit and would definitely book again - shame it’s not available for Christmas week. Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
